Grain crushers for crushing into sleeves for both wet and dry grains
CP series Crushers are designed for crushing and ensiling wet (up to 40% moisture) and dry corn, cereal or legume grains into sleeves or rolls.
- 4 operations are performed:
- crushed grains;
- a preservative is added or the crushed mass is moistened;
- The crushed mass and preservative are mixed; the mass is pressed into silage sleeves.
- Suitable for both individual use on farms and for service providers.
- Easily adjustable crushing size when working with various crops.
- The possible diameter of the silage sleeve is from 1.2 m to 2.40 m.

Unique Features of the ROmiLL CP Series Grain Crushers
Crushing and Preservation in a Single Process

The CP series grain crushers crush wet grain in a single operation and compress it into a silo bag. This reduces feed preparation time, lowers labor costs, and ensures rapid preservation of the harvest. This solution preserves the nutritional value of the grain and produces high-quality feed for livestock.
Lower grain processing costs

When grinding wet grain, there is no longer a need to dry it, which significantly reduces energy consumption and grain preparation costs. Compared to drying, savings of up to 40 euros per metric ton are possible. This is particularly relevant for farms seeking a cost-effective and efficient solution for feed preparation.
Uniform compression into the silo sleeve

A screw installed in the center of the filling tunnel ensures that the grain is evenly compressed into the silo sleeve. The effective removal of air creates optimal conditions for fermentation, ensuring that the feed keeps better and maintains its high quality. Various sizes are available, including a flexible filling tunnel.
Versatile application for various farms

The CP series crushers are designed to crush not only moist but also dry grains—there is no need to change the working rollers. Using a special adapter, other feed materials can also be processed, such as sugar beet pulp or brewer’s spent grain. Thanks to the wide selection of models, every farm can choose the capacity that best suits its needs.

Founded in 1991, the Czech company ROmiLL, in cooperation with the State Research Institute and implementing their projects, began its activities in two areas: feed production technologies and industrial microwave equipment.
ROmiLL The company's mission is scientific research applied in production, development and innovation.
Since 1989, the company has been producing sorting rollers for forage grain crops.
The range of manufactured products is wide – starting from the lowest power and ending with extremely powerful machines intended for farms, companies, and manufacturing plants specializing in feed production. Horizontal mixers are also manufactured. All machines and equipment are manufactured ROmiLL in the company.
ROmiLL also implements projects for the construction of feed production complexes and the installation of separate technological units.
Since 2004, the company has specialized in the field of wet cereal and corn grain processing technology.
In 2005, construction of agricultural production storage and processing complexes began, starting from project preparation and ending with installation work.
The company's products are exported to Germany, Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, Slovakia, Denmark, Belarus, Hungary, France, Estonia, New Zealand, Romania, the Netherlands, Canada, Latvia, and Lithuania.
