Reliable grain crushers for crushing both wet and dry grain
M Series – mobile wet grain crushers with a stainless steel screw conveyor
- Capacity: 20–60 metric tons per hour.
- The coarseness of the crushed mass is changed as needed, depending on whether the feed is prepared for cattle or monogastric animals.
- The nutritional value of wet grain ensiled by roller crushing increases due to better digestibility, and production efficiency is also increased.
- Cost reduction to 33 Eur/t.
- 20 t/h output is achieved when working with a 60 HP tractor

Key Features of the ROmiLL M Series Grain Crushers
High productivity for field work

The M Series grain crushers are designed for in-field operation, so they can be loaded directly from a combine or a transfer trailer. Large-capacity hoppers and high-performance models allow for non-stop operation even during peak harvest season. Depending on the model, a single thresher can handle one to three combines.
Lower grain processing costs

When crushing moist grain, there is no longer a need to dry it, which significantly reduces energy consumption and grain preparation costs. Compared to drying, savings of up to 40 euros per metric ton are possible. In addition, the grain can be harvested earlier, without waiting for its moisture content to drop to a level suitable for drying.
Uniform mixing of the preservative

The stainless steel screw conveyor ensures that the preservative is evenly mixed into the crushed grain. This helps maintain feed quality throughout the storage period and creates suitable conditions for long-term storage in silo pits or silo sleeves.
Versatile year-round use

The M Series crushers are suitable for crushing not only moist but also dry grains—there is no need to change the working rollers. The feed texture can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of different livestock groups—from finer grinding to coarser pellets for ruminants. As a result, the equipment can be used year-round for various feed preparation tasks.

Founded in 1991, the Czech company ROmiLL, in cooperation with the State Research Institute and implementing their projects, began its activities in two areas: feed production technologies and industrial microwave equipment.
ROmiLL The company's mission is scientific research applied in production, development and innovation.
Since 1989, this company has been producing forage grain sorting rollers.
The range of products manufactured by this manufacturer is wide – starting from the lowest power and ending with extremely powerful machines intended for farms, companies, and manufacturing plants specializing in feed production. Horizontal mixers are also produced. All machines and equipment are manufactured ROmiLL in the company.
ROmiLL The company also implements projects to build feed production complexes and install separate technological units.
Since 2004, the company has specialized in the field of wet cereal and corn grain processing technology.
In 2005, the construction of agricultural production storage and processing complexes began, starting from project preparation and ending with installation work.
The company's products are exported to many countries. The equipment is exported to Germany, Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, Slovakia, Denmark, Belarus, Hungary, France, Estonia, New Zealand, Romania, the Netherlands, Canada, Latvia, and Lithuania.
