Key Features of the MULTIVA TopLine Super XL
One tool – multiple tasks

The TopLine Super XL is designed for farms that aim to get the most out of their equipment. The implement is equally effective for preparing seedbeds after plowing or tillage, as well as for light stubble tillage. By choosing a 10- or 12-cm spacing between tines, the cultivator can be adapted to different technologies and working conditions.
Designed for use with plant residues

The generous ground clearance, tall TerraSuper tines, and the option of a 12 cm tine spacing allow for efficient operation in fields with abundant straw and other plant debris. The open design reduces the risk of clogging and ensures smooth operation even under difficult conditions after harvest.
An excellent choice for organic farms

When equipped with 140 mm arrow-shaped tines, the TopLine Super XL becomes an effective tool for weed control. Uniform tilling across the entire working width and the operation of two rows of rear tines allow weeds to be brought to the surface and left to dry out, reducing the need for chemical treatments.
Exceptional performance at high speeds

The sturdy 4.1-meter-long triple-frame design and 9-tine axle allow for operation at speeds of up to 15 km/h without compromising work quality. A stable soil flow throughout the entire structure ensures effective mixing, high-quality tillage, and high productivity even under difficult conditions.

9-spindle, 4.1-meter-long frame and the triple-frame design ensures that the TopLine Super XL operates with exceptional strength and stability. The long frame and optimal tine spacing enable high productivity even in hard, clayey soils after harvesting. The smooth flow of soil through the implement ensures thorough mixing and a uniform tilling result. The frame's strength and weight allow for operation at extremely high speeds – up to 15 km/h.
Available working widths for the TopLine Super XL – from 6 to 14.5 m, so each farm can choose the model that best suits its needs. Available 7 different working widths makes it suitable for both small and large farms. The 6- and 7-meter models have a transport width of just 3 meters, making them easy to transport on public roads. The largest cultivators, measuring 13 and 14.5 meters, have an impressive double-folding system, which ensures safe and agile transportation on roads.
TopLine Super XL is suitable for for light stubble cultivation, for work after plowing and already on cultivated land. The cultivator’s unique design allows it to be used in a wide variety of conditions—both for preparing seedbeds and for working directly on stubble. When working in fields with a lot of plant debris, you can choose a 12-centimeter gap between the teeth, which makes it easier to process larger quantities of material. In addition, the increased tooth height helps reduce the risk of clogging.
The TopLine Super XL can be equipped with with arrow-shaped plowshares, which ensure deep and even soil tillage. For farms seeking to operate efficiently control weeds before sowing or after harvesting, the TopLine Super XL and Avaran cultivators are available. Both implements come equipped with with sturdy TerraSuper tines, which ensure a consistent working depth and precise tillage. Weed control is carried out using 140 mm wide arrow-shaped tines. The combination of these tines and the unique double-row rear tines cuts through weeds, lifts them to the surface, and leaves them to dry out.
Proven and reliable 12 × 65 mm TerraSuper Compared to traditional S-shaped tines, these tines provide greater clearance and structural strength. The angle of the tine allows it to penetrates easily into all types of soil, even the toughest ones. Due to the weight and shape of the tine, an effective soil mixing effect is achieved, and exceptional stability at working depth. The tine is mounted directly below the mounting point on the cultivator frame, so variations in working depth are minimal.
Large 340/55-16 tires is included as standard. Wide low-pressure tires reduce rolling resistance and help prevent harmful soil compaction, which is especially important when working in wet and sticky conditions. TopLine Super XL is used durable axles and hubs, which is why the implement is designed for long-lasting and reliable operation.
To improve stability while working at higher speeds and when performing shallow tillage, The TopLine Super XL can be equipped with front support wheels. On the 13- and 14.5-meter models, one front support wheel is installed as standard on each side section. On other models, these wheels are offered as optional equipment. For the 13- and 14.5-meter models, an additional wheel on each side can be selected if needed. All TopLine Super XL models come standard with a 10 cm spacing between tines. This configuration is ideal for farms seeking a versatile implement but prioritizing high-quality seed placement in tilled or plowed soil. A 12-cm gap between the teeth is offered as an additional option and allows a larger amount of plant debris to pass through the frame more easily. The wider tine spacing is better suited for farms looking for a lightweight stubble cultivator or for organic farms seeking to effectively control weeds using tine cultivators. To meet the local road traffic requirements of different markets, a wide range of braking systems is available. The TopLine Super XL cultivator can be equipped with either hydraulic or air brakes.Unique frame design

The standard configuration of TopLine Super XL models includes the following equipment: Hydraulic front levelling board The hydraulic front levelling bar consists of sturdy 10 × 80 mm tines with unique, aggressive serrated levelling tips. Set of taillights The base model comes equipped with a set of lights. The standard set includes taillights and a large triangle indicating a slow-moving vehicle. TerraSuper teeth The sturdy TerraSuper tines come with durable 60 mm wide and 8 mm thick tips. To extend the tip’s service life, it can be flipped over and used from both ends. Rear attachments can be selected based on the farm’s soil type, climatic conditions, and tillage requirements. Two of the attachments listed below can be mounted at the same time, and their combinations can be changed as needed. Hydraulic rear ironing board It can be equipped with a rear ironing board. The ironing board is controlled by a separate hydraulic system, making it easy and convenient to adjust. For even greater ease of use, a working position scale is provided. Tubular roller The spring-loaded tubular roller is designed for effective clod breaking. The roller’s small diameter and aggressive design ensure excellent cutting and breaking performance. The roller is made of high-strength steel and, together with high-quality bearings, ensures reliable and smooth operation. 2-row end caps It can be equipped with unique 2-row rear coulters. This design allows for easier passage of larger amounts of plant residue, while also improving soil levelling and the final quality of the seedbed. The position of the rear fenders can be adjusted without special tools. There is also an integrated safety feature: when reversing and encountering an obstacle, the bumpers move forward, thus protecting the structure from damage.Standard equipment

Finnish Agricultural Machinery Factory Dometal Oy's, founded in 1997, produces high-quality, efficient cultivators MULTIVA, adapted to modern farms, paying special attention to product quality, productivity, durability and cost-effectiveness.
MULTIVA Cultivators are a highly advantageous cultivation technology when working in difficult conditions. High-quality cultivators create smooth seedbeds and field surfaces with as few passes as possible.
Even seedbeds are especially important when using standard seed drills. Uneven seedbeds cause problems when using minimal tillage and direct seed drills, as they create uneven seeding depths.
Cultivators are manufactured with the utmost attention to cultivation characteristics, penetration and user comfort.
High-strength steel is used for the production of cultivators – 600 -700 N/mm2.
