Since the working position is shifted to the right, the bales are loaded from the front and unloaded at the rear—in the same direction as the baler’s movement. This design allows for smoother and more efficient operation.

Thanks to their offset axle, low center of gravity, and compact design, the G50 series balers offer excellent maneuverability, ideal weight distribution, and reliable stability even when working on slopes. They can also be used with lower-horsepower tractors.

Fast and high-quality roll wrapping

Depending on the model, you can choose between a single or double wrapping arm. The double wrapping arm system allows rolls to be wrapped twice as fast, while the patented 750 mm film tensioning mechanism ensures even film tension, lower film consumption, and tight roll wrapping.

Reliable Roll Management

Hydraulic roll-handling equipment, a stationary winding table, and four guide rollers ensure that the roll is held securely throughout the winding process. When unloading a roll, the winding table is lowered to the ground, ensuring that the rolls are set down gently and without damage.

Rotating winding arm and stationary winding table

This system reliably prevents the roll from falling, as it is not subject to centrifugal forces. The conveyor belts and four rotating roll guide rollers ensure continuous rotation of the roll and even film overlap.

When unloading a roll, the unwinding table is lowered all the way to the ground, so the roll is placed extremely gently and safely.

Control system

Fully automatic ISOBUS Software Control System – one of the largest G5020 advantages of the model.

The machine is easy to operate via the tractor's terminal, and the entire work process is monitored automatically. If necessary, the baler can also be operated manually.

Wrapping arm with film tensioning mechanism

The film stretching mechanism is designed 750 mm for wide film rolls. Three patented plastic rollers ensure exceptionally even film tension, are not affected by temperature changes, and help reduce film consumption.

This solution allows the rolls to be wrapped securely and tightly. The wrapping arm is available in two sizes, and the height of the film tensioning mechanism is adjustable, ensuring that rolls are always wrapped precisely around their center.

The quick-release system allows empty film rolls to be replaced quickly and effortlessly.

Automatic film cutting and holding system

The stainless steel blade ensures a clean and precise cut of the film. At the same time, the cutting lever holds the film in place.

Shortly after the wrapping process begins, the standard floating position allows the film to relax easily and unwrap smoothly.

Axis

The machine is mounted on offset axis. The working position has been shifted to the right side, ensuring optimal weight distribution.

Control levers

Control levers are particularly useful when performing maintenance and service work. They allow you to control all of the machine's functions and processes directly from the winder.

This allows the operator to conveniently leave the control panel in the tractor cab, for example, while changing the roll of film.

Film Holder

When working long days, it's important to have a sufficient supply of plastic wrap. With this roll, you can carry up to 6 rolls of film.

The film holders are mounted on the spindle, so film rolls can be conveniently loaded and unloaded at an ergonomic working height.

Flexible shaft

Hydraulically adjustable flexible spring ensures convenient and efficient operation—rolls are loaded from the front, in the direction of travel, and unloaded at the rear.

The standard lower three-point hitch provides the baler with exceptional maneuverability. When working in fields with limited space for turning, the extremely small turning radius becomes a major advantage.

Roll Handling Equipment

The hydraulic loading arm gently picks up the roll and smoothly transfers it to the winding table, which is tilted slightly forward.

The loading arm can be set to five different positions, making it easy to adapt to rolls of various diameters. The swiveling pickup tube, mounted on a ball joint, protects the roll from being crushed or damaged and ensures a secure grip even on uneven terrain.

Roll-handling equipment is also particularly useful when you need to transport two rolls.

Optional equipment

Tires 480/45-17 AW. Once these tires are installed, the total width of the vehicle increases to 2.87 m.
Film Monitoring System. Stops the wrapping process if the film breaks or runs out. (Includes as standard equipment on the G5020 model)
Power Take-Off (PTO) with hydraulic drive (without hydraulic oil). The kit consists of a gearbox with a hydraulic pump, a return-line hydraulic oil filter, a hydraulic oil tank, and a lower three-point hitch connection. (For models G5010 and G5012)
Cardan shaft.
Additional roller for the wrapping table. Prevents the roll from falling off the winding table when working on steep slopes.
Roll Unloading Mat (comes with an extra roller). Ensures that the roll is placed gently on the ground.

Roll Tilting Mechanism (comes with an extra roll). Once the winding process is complete, the roll is placed on the front right side in the direction of travel.
Battery power cable. A 5.3-meter-long cable (2 × 6 mm²) with a 3-pin power connector. (For models G5010 and G5012)
Power Take-Off (PTO) with load-sensing hydraulic drive (without hydraulic oil). It can only be installed in conjunction with a „Load-Sensing“ hydraulic system. (For model G5020)
Additional roll rotation. Once the wrapping process is complete, the roll continues to rotate so that the film adheres even more tightly to its surface, ensuring a higher-quality wrap. (For model G5020)
ISOBUS power supply system for a tractor. An electrical installation kit is required if the tractor does not have an ISOBUS system installed. (For model G5020)
ISOBUS G7 terminal. It comes with a 7-inch screen, 10 control buttons, and a rotary control wheel (encoder). (For model G5020)
