Depending on the model, the wrapping, film feeding, and cutting processes—and in the PROFI model, all work cycles—are performed automatically, making the operator’s work faster and more convenient.

The G3010 bale wrapper is mounted to a tractor as standard, and can also be equipped with an external drive motor. The G3010 Farmer series bale wrapper is stationary, with a gasoline engine. The patented plastic rollers ensure even film stretching, which saves film and ensures that the rolls are wrapped tightly and securely. The rollers are not sensitive to temperature changes, and the quick-change system allows empty film rolls to be replaced quickly and conveniently. With this system, the roll cannot fall off because it is not subject to centrifugal forces. The conveyor belts ensure continuous rotation of the roll, while two rotating guide rollers (up to four, if desired) keep it securely in place. This ensures even overlap of the film throughout the entire wrapping process. When unloading the roll, the wrapping table is tilted to the side, allowing the roll to be gently placed next to the machine. The stainless steel blade ensures a clean and precise cut of the film. At the same time, the cutting lever securely holds the film in place. Shortly after the wrapping process begins, the standard floating position allows the film to relax easily and unroll smoothly for the next wrapping cycle. The control unit and hand lever are useful when performing maintenance and service work. All functions and processes can be controlled directly from the machine. This allows the operator to conveniently leave the control terminal in the tractor cab. The basic model of the winder is powered by a towing vehicle.
