A high-end seed drill with advanced technology for precise seed placement

Strip-till drills, designed for stubble sowing, are the perfect choice for farms that sow winter oilseed rape using strip sowing technology.

In one pass, the drill can carry out multiple operations - from soil preparation to precise seed and fertiliser placement. This ensures optimal conditions for plant germination and for the smooth development of crops.

Falcon Pro is distinguished by its ability to adapt to different drilling technologies: from conventional to minimum or direct drilling, making it a reliable choice for farms seeking greater efficiency and long-term results.

    The Falcon Pro's highlights

    Easily replaceable front working section
Falcon Pro disc drills: one drill - several different drilling technologies

The drill can be easily adapted to different drilling technologies by changing the front working section. It can work in minimum tillage with a disc cultivation section, strip-till with a tine section or no-till with a turbo disc section.

Full section control with automatic section switch-off
Falcon Pro disc drills: full section control with automatic section shut-off

Automatic section control ensures precise drilling in the corners and headlands of the field, avoiding overlapping or unfilled gaps. The ability to freely adjust the width of the section cut-off, with the smallest section being a single sowing disc, allows for maximum precision. The edges of the field are sown after the main part of the field, resulting in an even and high quality germination.

Variable rate sowing of fertiliser and seed
Falcon Pro disc drills: Variable rate fertiliser and seed drilling

Based on soil fertility maps, Falcon seed drills can automatically vary the amount of seed sown in different areas of the field, with more fertile areas being sown more densely, and less fertile areas being sown less frequently. This reduces seed costs, ensures more even crop emergence and increases overall yield potential.

Smart control with Farmet Connect via iPad tablet
Falcon Pro disc drills: Smart control with Farmet Connect on iPad

The intelligent software allows you to conveniently control the drill and monitor all key parameters in real time. A clear user interface ensures quick changes of settings and precise process control. The system helps to optimise productivity, reduce the chance of errors and provide greater working comfort.

    Air duct system

Falcon Pro can be equipped with an advanced three-air duct system and a front exit hopper. In this case, the first and second air ducts are dedicated to separate seed metering and the third air duct is used for the split rear discharge of small seeds. The distribution valves allow a choice of operating mode, either to sow through both main channels or to activate only the fine seed discharge, while the metering valves allow sowing in both channels or in only one of them.

    Parallel drilling section
    Parallel drilling section

The section ensures that the discs are pressed evenly into the soil and that the surface is perfectly replicated. The system allows for a different drilling depth and pressure for every second drilling foot, allowing the drill to adapt even more precisely to the specific soil conditions.

    Sowing 4 products at once
    Sowing 4 products at once

The system allows up to four different products - seeds, fertilisers or microbeads - to be accurately dispensed in one pass. Each component is dosed and applied independently, at different depths, ensuring optimal conditions for plant development.

    3-year warranty

All Farmet equipment comes with a 3-year warranty. The company pays particular attention to the high quality and reliability of its machinery. This commitment reflects the company's long-standing philosophy based on precision machining, durability and long service life.

    Seeding zones

    1. Primary soil levelling zone. A precisely levelled soil surface allows the seedbed to be evenly consolidated and loosened.
    2. Soil preparation area. The soil can be cultivated in different tillage sections, either across the entire drilling width or in zones up to 25 cm deep. Primary tillage enriches the soil with air, levels it and optimises loosening. It also spreads plant residues.
    3. Fertiliser application zone. Granular fertiliser is applied in the root zone of the future plants, either in each row or between two rows. The fertiliser placement depth can be 6-25 cm, depending on the section chosen.
    4. A zone for soil compaction and restoration of deep soil capillarity. Good compaction ensures that water reaches the soil surface efficiently, even in dry conditions.
    5. Zone for levelling the soil and spreading crop residues before sowing. The harrows effectively smooth the soil surface and remove plant residues from the row.
    6. Seedbed formation and seed placement area. The double disc sowing discs efficiently create a compacted soil for sowing (V-shaped furrow) and precisely place the seed at the right depth. Thanks to the high clamping force, up to 70 kg of the % machine weight can be transferred to the sowing discs. The compacted seedbed and the V-shaped furrow ensure excellent seed contact and soil moisture.
    7. Lateral seed clamping zone. The copying wheel squeezes the V-shaped groove with the seed, so that the seed and the soil are pressed together sideways. The soil above the seed remains loose, which significantly improves seed germination.
    8. Seed cover and soil levelling zone. The integrated coulters ensure perfect seed coverage and precise levelling of the soil surface.

All sowing functions in one pass – soil cultivation, fertiliser application and sowing

Falcon PRO is a high-quality, efficient seed drill that performs several functions in one pass. You can choose the drill in a basic configuration without fertilizer application or with the ability to sow two crops (individual seed dosage and seed placement depth) with fertilizer application.

One drill – several different sowing technologies

The seed drill concept is based on the front selection of working sections and the possibility of changing them. A popular choice when compacting a seed drill several working sections - not only disc tillage (for minimum tillage) but also No-Till (for direct drilling) or Strip-Till (for strip drilling). The sections can be easily interchanged directly in your own fleet of farm machinery, opening up a wide range of possibilities for different sowing technologies with one drill.
