Setting the working depth

The Softer NS disc cultivators are characterised by their extremely simple and fast working depth adjustment, allowing the operator to easily adapt to different working conditions. The depth is conveniently set using the pins on the roller connecting rods, making the adjustment clear, precise and free of complex decisions.
Wide choice of discs

The Softer NS disc cultivator is available with 510 or 560 mm discs. The CrissCross discs ensure reliable cultivation and good crop residue permeability, while the CrissCross discs provide aggressive cutting and intensive soil mixing. All discs are mounted on maintenance-free bearings with rubber impact protection.

- Full-area shaving zone. The double disc section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect full-area cultivation at a depth of 3.5-13 cm with intensive mixing of crop residues. The disc section also distributes the crop residues well over the entire cultivation area.
- Crushing and compaction zone. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture retention.

For the Softer NS model, 510/560 mm diameter discs in two rows are available. Each disc is effectively protected against collisions with obstacles by rubber element suspension. The discs are mounted on technically reliable, maintenance-free bearings that ensure a long service life. The optimized disc geometry allows for high work quality, good performance and efficient incorporation of crop residues. Even when the discs are partially worn, they maintain an optimal working angle. The 24 cm distance between the discs ensures good crop residue throughput. You can also choose the new 510 mm diameter CrissCross wavy discs, which are suitable for efficient for treating tall stubble and catch crops. The special disc shape ensures aggressive cutting and intensive soil mixing. The discs effectively incorporate crop residues into the soil, improving their decomposition and nutrient absorption. The seedbed is optimally prepared, allowing the seed to germinate and the soil surface to be even. CrissCross discs mounted on the same hubs, which means they require no additional modifications and allow easy upgrading of existing equipment.
