Disc harrow Softer technological concept

1. Full-area shaving zone. The double disc section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect shaving over the full area at a depth of 3.5–13 cm with intensive mixing of plant residues. The disc section also distributes plant residues well over the entire working area.

2. Clump breaking and soil compaction zone. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture retention.

3. The additional Micro Drill is designed for incorporation of crops that are sown on the soil surface. This includes, for example, mustard, phacelia, clover and grass.

Cut discs

The discs with a diameter of 510 / 560 mm are arranged in two rows. Each disc is effectively protected from collisions with obstacles - a rubber element suspension is used.

The discs are mounted on technically reliable, maintenance-free bearings that ensure a long service life. The optimized disc geometry allows for high work quality, good performance and efficient incorporation of crop residues. Even when the discs are partially worn, they maintain an optimal working angle. The 24 cm distance between the discs ensures good crop residue throughput.
