The working position of the wrapper from the right side of the tractor guarantees excellent visibility. The bale is picked up, wrapped and lowered from the rear of the machine, while the next bale is picked up. This is very practical, the bales are wrapped without stopping.

• The hydraulic loading bar gently picks up and places the bale on the wrapping table. The wrapping platforms are tilted slightly forward during loading. The five-position adjustable loading bar can be ideally adapted to bales of different diameters.
• The rotating ball-mounted take-up tube never pinches or damages the bale. It also guarantees reliable bale loading even in difficult terrain. The bale loading function is particularly useful for transporting two bales comfortably.

Fully automatic program controller PROFI

User-friendly and easy-to-use software controller. The electronic system controls the entire workflow fully automatically. All processes are displayed on the screen. All functions and parameters can also be adjusted manually.

• The design of the wrapping platform ensures a stable position of the roll. The roll is not affected by centrifugal forces, so there is no possibility of it unwinding.
• Conveyor belts and four rotating roll guide rollers guarantee constant forward movement of the roll, ensuring an even film overlap.
• When the bales need to be lowered, the wrapping platform is lowered all the way to the ground. This means that the bales are lowered with extreme care.

• The G5012 model has a two-part tensioning mechanism, on which 750 mm wide film rolls can be placed. Three patented plastic rollers tension the film perfectly evenly. The rollers are temperature-resistant. This feature allows you to save film and guarantees a strong and airtight wrapping of the rolls.
• There are two sizes of wrapping arms and the height of the tensioners can be adjusted. This means that the bales are always wrapped perfectly around their centre. The quick release system allows for quick and easy replacement of empty bales.

The stainless steel blade cuts the film cleanly and precisely. At the same time, the cutter lever presses the film firmly. Once the wrapping process begins, the standard floating position ensures easy unwinding of the film.

Film storage

When working long hours, you need to make sure you have enough film. A maximum of 6 rolls of film can be transported. The holders are mounted on the hitch, so you can easily load or unload the rolls of film at a comfortable working height.
