The body is mounted on a chassis with a tandem axle and 560/45-R22 Flotation Track tires. The gaps between the axles are small, so the machine does not compact the soil and runs smoothly even at a speed of 40 km/h. Two different brake systems are available: a dual-line pneumatic brake system and a hydraulic brake system.
The design of the wrapping table ensures a stable position of the roll. The roll is not subject to centrifugal forces, so there is no possibility of it rolling off. The conveyor belts and four rotating roll guide rollers guarantee constant forward movement of the roll, ensuring an even film overlap. When the rolls need to be lowered, the wrapping table is lowered all the way to the ground. Therefore, the rolls are lowered with particular care.
The double wrapping system has two 750 mm film tensioners. Each of the three patented plastic rollers evenly tightens the film. In addition, the rollers are temperature-resistant. This saves film and ensures a tight roll. The wrapping system is height-adjustable, so the rolls are always wrapped perfectly around their center. The quick-release system allows for quick and easy replacement of empty film rolls. When the film runs out or breaks, the inspection device stops the wrapping process.

Load Sensing
Standard hydraulic load sensing control system automatically according to
controls the amount of oil consumed. This control system not only performs several
functions, but at the same time reduces fuel consumption. This results in a higher bale output per hour. The machine can also be used with tractors without a load sensing pump (Load Sensing).
