MONO and TWIN Disc Mounting Systems

The Disker XL is available with either the MONO or TWIN disc mounting system. In the MONO version, each disc is mounted on a separate tine, while in the TWIN version, two discs are mounted on a single tine, allowing you to choose the solution that best suits the soil conditions and the nature of the work.
Optional front attachments

The Disker XL can be equipped with either a Flexi-cut knife roller or a Flexi-board front leveling board. This allows for the efficient shredding of plant residues or the leveling of the soil surface even before the disc section.

The two-row disc section, featuring aggressive disc geometry, ensures high-quality tillage across the entire working width and intensive incorporation of crop residues to a working depth of up to 16 cm. This ensures that the soil is prepared evenly and that crop residues are distributed throughout the entire tilled layer.

The optimal 17° working angle of the discs, discs ground along the entire perimeter, and a maintenance-free rubber shock absorption system ensure easy penetration into the soil and stable operation even in heavy or dry soil.

Hydraulic working depth adjustment The working depth of the discs can be conveniently adjusted hydraulically directly from the tractor cab.
