Better adaptation to the terrain

The oscillating linkage system with central pivot allows the plough to automatically adapt to the tractor's movement and working conditions. The plough maintains a straight pull without complex adjustments, reducing side loads and fuel consumption. Automatic levelling takes place without operator intervention and the system locks into a central position during transport.
Reliable protection in all conditions

You can choose between the cut-off screw or the hydraulic Auto Reset protection, depending on soil conditions. The hydraulic system allows non-stop work - the bodies rise and fall back into place when an obstacle is overcome, and the pressure can be adjusted from the cab. The pivot bolt system is simple, low maintenance and efficient in light soils.
Maximum productivity with adjustable width

Mechanical or hydraulic working width adjustment allows you to adapt the plough precisely to different soil conditions. The hydraulic Varilabor system allows you to change the working width directly from the cab (23-57 cm per body), making the most of the tractor's power and adapting easily to the shape of the field.
Parallel copy attachment system

The parallelogram system ensures precise adjustment of the width of the first furrow and stable plough operation. It allows easy adaptation to different conditions and maintains consistent ploughing quality. Adjustment can be mechanical or hydraulic, and the system ensures simple operation and precise results in every field.

The Ovlac XPerience series of ploughs consists of three models - three different frame designs, designed to always offer the optimum option for the tractor's available power and the working conditions in the field.
Ovlac XPerience ploughs can be equipped with two different protection systems, depending on the working conditions in the field. XPF / XPFV bolt-on security system High working rigidity and even 3 300 kg load at the tine allows the bolt to be cut accurately under excessive load. The robust design avoids frequent screw breakages. For low weight and minimal maintenance requirements, This system provides a very good cost per hectare without sacrificing the quality of the ploughing. Result: stable ploughing, easy adjustment and high working efficiency on light or stony soils. Hydraulic (Auto reset) protection system XPH / XPHV Each hull rises when it encounters an obstacle and immediately returns to its working position. This allows you to work without interruption and avoid changing screws even in the most difficult conditions. Variable pressure, Operated directly from the tractor cab, it allows the operator to instantly adjust the protection to the soil hardness, protecting both the plough and the quality of the plough. On heavy soils, the higher pressure (1 400 kg at the tine and 1 050 kg with additional XLight housing) ensures full penetration, while on stony soils the lower pressure allows stones to pass through without being brought to the surface. In case of extremely high loads, the Auto Reset enclosure is additionally equipped with protection of the cut-off bolt, which provides additional safety in difficult conditions (3 800 kg at Norag). Nitrogen accumulator acts as a shock absorber, absorbing shocks together with hydraulic dampers. Meanwhile forged double-hinged drawbar mechanism provides both lateral and vertical recline for ideal adaptation to a wide range of working conditions.
Mechanical working width adjustment XP All Ovlac XPerience ploughs allow you to adjust the working width at any time according to the soil conditions or the type of work you want to do. XP models (XPF and XPH) have adjustable working width mechanically, by changing the position of the bracket screwed to the frame. This system provides a choice of four working width settings, in 5 cm increments. Automatic memory system: The entire range of Ovlac XPerience ploughs comes as standard with an automatic memory system that reduces the frame width to a minimum before driving. This ensures a smooth turn around and prevents the last body from touching the ground. After the manoeuvre, the plough automatically returns to the previously set working width. Hydraulic working width adjustment XP-V XP-V models (XPFV and XPHV) come standard with Ovlac „Varilabor system, allowing evenly variable working width. The working width can be hydraulically adjustable directly from the tractor cab, from 23 to 57 cm per housing, providing the following key benefits:
„Varilabor system durability „Varilabor XP-V models have housing holders bolted to the frame, which avoids weakening the frame through unnecessary welds. It also allows quick change of brackets in the event of a breach or accident. In addition, these brackets movement points located outside the frame, thus reducing the risk of long-term metal fatigue. All connection points shall cemented (hardened) bushings and lubrication points, for wear protection and long-term reliability. The drawbar system is mounted close to the main frame, within the overall dimensions of the plough, and its robust and compact design guarantees the Varilabor system's exceptional durability and reliable performance over many years. Ovlac XPerience ploughs oscillating coupling system with central pivot. The plough is pulled from a central point, allowing it to move freely and adapt to the movement of the tractor, automatically maintaining the optimum balance between pressure on the coulter and the field board. This eliminates the need for complex additional settings once the plough has been properly adjusted - the plough always pulls straight and steady, following the tractor perfectly. Melting takes place automatically, without operator intervention. In addition, on models with hydraulic working width adjustment, the oscillating coupling system automatically compensates for width changes - work is made as simple as possible. When the plough is raised for transport or gating, the cross shaft automatically locks in the central position. This system also facilitates coupling to the tractor. Ovlac offers five different types of plough bodies, allowing you to choose the optimal solution for your specific ploughing technology and soil type. All original Ovlac nuts (except tape and plastic) are 8 mm thick and processed in a unique Cementing (Case-Hardening) process, which results in a surface hardness of more than 62 HRC, while maintaining a softer inner layer to protect against fractures. This technology not only ensures long wear time, but also creates smooth surface, which improves ground slip, reduces sticking and allows you to work more efficiently. V-34: a universal spindle for all soil types. Ensures good soil turning with low tractor power requirements. Suitable for working at a depth of 15-35 cm. V-97: a universal spindle for all soil types. Designed to work with very low tractor power requirements. Working depth: 15-30 cm. V-L0V: a feather pusher. Suitable for work in sticky soils. All wear parts are secured with tapered screws for increased service life. V-90: Forms a wide furrow, so it is recommended for tractors with very wide tyres (up to 760 mm). The extended design ensures very good soil turning, while the power requirement remains similar to that of the V-34. V-PLAST: plastic nutcracker for very sticky, non-rocky soils. It has the same geometry as the V-90 or V-97 bodies, ensuring similar performance under different conditions. Possible wide choice of optional equipment, allowing you to adapt the XPerience plough to the job at hand and to different soil conditions. Counterflow: the ideal solution when working with heavy crop residues (e.g. maize), helping to reduce the risk of blockages.
