The oscillating linkage system with central pivot allows the plough to automatically adapt to the tractor's movement and working conditions. The plough maintains a straight pull without complex adjustments, reducing side loads and fuel consumption. Automatic levelling takes place without operator intervention and the system locks into a central position during transport.
Reliable protection in all conditions

You can choose between a cut-off bolt or a hydraulic Non-Stop guard, depending on the working conditions. The cut-off bolt system is simple and reliable - it is designed to break under a load of around 3000 kg, protecting the plough structure. The hydraulic system allows non-stop operation: the bodies rise after overcoming an obstacle and automatically return to the working position, while the pressure is adjustable according to the soil type. In addition, the bolted brackets for the hulls ensure greater structural strength and durability.
Maximum productivity with adjustable width

Mechanical or hydraulic working width adjustment allows the plough to be precisely adapted to different soil conditions and working patterns. On L models, the width can be adjusted mechanically (4 positions in 5 cm increments) and on S models with Varilabor system, it can be adjusted hydraulically from the cab (30-50 cm per body). This allows maximum use of the tractor's power, easy adaptation to the soil, terrain and working conditions, while the automatic memory system ensures smooth reversal and return to the set width.

The main frame is made of high-quality Domex steel and is weld-free, avoiding weak spots and stress concentrations. Additional reinforcement with Hardox panels in the areas of highest load ensures reliable operation even under difficult conditions. This solution guarantees a long service life, lower maintenance costs and stable operation in every field.

Ovlac XPerience ploughs can be equipped with two different protection systems, depending on the working conditions in the field. Bolt safety system The simpler of the two security systems. The thickness of the bolt to be cut, the steel grade and the installation location are precisely calculated to break at approximately 3000 kg load at the tine. Recommended for use only original cut-off screws, as bolts from other manufacturers with different dimensions or steel properties may not perform properly and may cause serious damage to the main plough frame.
Hydraulic (Non-Stop) Protection System Adjustable actuation mechanism allows adjusting the protection pressure according to soil conditions. In heavy or compacted soils, the pressure can be increased to ensure proper penetration and to maintain the optimum working position of the bodies. In stony soils, meanwhile, the pressure is reduced to allow the passage of stones without bringing them to the surface. In addition, housing brackets (frog) are bolted to the frame rather than welded, ensuring double safety and increased structural reliability.
All Ovlac ploughs have adjustable working widths to adapt to different soil conditions and working patterns. L models (LV, LVH, LF, LH) working width adjustable mechanically, usually by moving the bracket bolt to a different hole in the frame. Available from four working width settings, changed every 5 cm. S models (SF, SH) Ovlac fitted as standard „Varilabor system, allowing hydraulically adjustable working width from the tractor cab - from 30 to 50 cm per housing. This feature offers important advantages: Automatic memory system: All Ovlac ploughs for hulls 5 and 6 are fitted as standard with a system that minimises the width of the frame before the door is opened. This ensures a smooth overturning and prevents the plough from coming into contact with the ground. After the manoeuvre, the plough automatically returns to the previously set working width. Ovlac classic ploughs are equipped with oscillating coupling system, which allows the plough to move freely around a central pivot in the cross shaft and automatically find the optimum balance between the pressure on the ram and the field board. This eliminates the need for complex thrust line adjustments - the plough always works straight and stable, and levelling is automatic, without operator intervention. On models with hydraulic working width adjustment (SF, SH) this system allows the plough to automatically adapt to changes in the load balance, by changing the working width. The alignment is adjusted immediately, without any further adjustment. When the plough is lifted for transport or gating, the system automatically locked, to prevent the plough from swinging sideways.
Durable VARIO system For hydraulic working width („S“) models, the housing holders are bolted to the frame, so they can be easily replaced in the event of failure. In addition, these brackets the pivot points are located away from the main frame, so the frame is not weakened and does not suffer additional wear. All moving points shall hardened, abrasion-resistant bushes and lubrication points, for long life and reliable operation.
Non-Stop ploughs for difficult conditions On Non-Stop ploughs, the hull holders (frog) is bolted rather than welded, which keeps the structure stronger and more reliable. One of the fixing screws acts as cut-off screw, providing additional protection in extreme conditions. Hinged safety rod, connecting the housing bracket to the main frame, designed to withstand the highest loads. Thanks to its design, it ensures a real 3D security system, allowing you to react efficiently to obstacles in all directions.

Ovlac offers five different types of plough bodies, allowing you to choose the optimal solution for your specific ploughing technology and soil type. All original Ovlac nuts (except tape and plastic) are 8 mm thick and processed in a unique Cementing (Case-Hardening) process, which results in a surface hardness of more than 62 HRC, while maintaining a softer inner layer to protect against fractures. This technology not only ensures long wear time, but also creates smooth surface, which improves ground slip, reduces sticking and allows you to work more efficiently. V-34: a universal spindle for all soil types. Ensures good soil turning with low tractor power requirements. Suitable for working at a depth of 15-35 cm. V-97: a universal spindle for all soil types. Designed to work with very low tractor power requirements. Working depth: 15-30 cm. V-L0V: a feather pusher. Suitable for work in sticky soils. All wear parts are secured with tapered screws for increased service life. V-90: Forms a wide furrow, so it is recommended for tractors with very wide tyres (up to 760 mm). The extended design ensures very good soil turning, while the power requirement remains similar to that of the V-34. V-PLAST: plastic nutcracker for very sticky, non-rocky soils. It has the same geometry as the V-90 or V-97 bodies, ensuring similar performance under different conditions.
