Highlights of FARMET Fantom NS
High number of tines

The Fantom NS tine cultivator has a large number of tines for intensive and even tillage over the entire working width. The densely spaced tines are good at breaking up clods and ensuring excellent incorporation of crop residues into the soil, so that the field is well prepared after just one pass. „Non-stop protection allows the tines to work reliably even in the toughest conditions, reducing the risk of downtime and helping to maintain a stable working capacity.
High tine guard actuation force

The tine cultivator features a durable and maintenance-free spring tine guard with a trigger force of up to 310 kg. This protection allows the tines to maintain a stable working depth even in difficult conditions and helps protect the working units from damage in the event of an obstacle. This ensures reliable operation, minimises downtime and maintains quality tillage throughout the field.
Versatile adaptation to different applications

Thanks to its design, the cultivator can be used for post-harvest stubble cultivation as well as for pre-sowing soil preparation or manure application. The low weight of the machine reduces the load on the rear of the tractor during transport, making the implement more user-friendly and transportable.
3-year warranty

All Farmet equipment comes with a 3-year warranty. The company pays particular attention to the high quality and reliability of its machinery. This commitment reflects the company's long-standing philosophy based on precision machining, durability and long service life.
Working areas

- Working area. Working depth 4-15 cm. The optimally shaped tines, arranged in three rows with a small final tine spacing, ensure even cultivation of the entire surface and intensive mixing of soil and crop residues.
- Stolen goods ironing area. The ironing elements reinforce the effect of incorporating plant residues.
- Crushing and compaction zone. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture retention. The rollers are easily removable and can be worked without them.
High quality and efficient work
- Low traction requirement and excellent soil mixing due to optimized tine design.
- Precise deep cultivation with optimal soil compaction.
- Excellent tine penetration into the soil.
- Low maintenance working elements with carbide plates to ensure minimal wear.

Equipped behind the tines asymmetric cross harrows, designed for leveling the surface. Harrows are characterized by effective leveling and high throughput of crop residues. The tubular roller ensures optimal soil compaction and precise machine depth maintenance. Due to its design, the Fantom tine harrow is versatile and can be used in both for stubble cultivation, both for soil preparation for sowing and for manure applicationThe low weight of the machine reduces the load on the rear of the tractor during transport. Simple and sturdy construction ensures an optimal compromise between purchase price and use value.
Extra durability of working parts To further extend the service life, the upper part of the tine can be additionally reinforced with sintered carbide plates or hardfacing. Spring protection Durable and maintenance-free spring-loaded protection system with high release force - up to 310 kg at the coulter tip. Easy chisel change The quick-attach screw system allows for very quick change of chisels without risk of losing workpieces.
Due to minimal adjustment and lubrication points management and further maintenance are very simple and can be carried out by any operator. The setting of the working depth or levelling harrows is adjusted mechanically.
Working depth adjustment Easy working depth adjustment with a pin on the roller.
One of the biggest advantages is versatility and adaptability, providing great work versatility.
3 meter working width When working folded. 4.7 meter working width Full working width. Micro Drill small seed drill The advanced design of the machine allows for the installation of Micro Drill seeding equipment for sowing cover crops or direct incorporation of grass. Full-surface stubble cultivation Using V-shaped tines, stubble is cut to a depth of 15 cm over the entire area.
