Gentle Feed Conveyance

The four- or five-finger pick-up lever system ensures exceptionally gentle feed transport, thereby better preserving its structure and quality. This is particularly important when harvesting hay and straw.

Precise cutting to order

The mower can be equipped with 6, 19, or 37 blades, allowing for a theoretical cutting height of up to 40 mm. Additional blades are hydraulically engaged into the working position, and they can be replaced without tools.

Flex-Load Picker for Challenging Conditions

The optional 1.8- or 2.25-meter Flex-Load pick-up with plastic tines adapts precisely to the terrain, reduces wear, and ensures clean forage collection even in hilly areas. The 2.25-meter version additionally features 300-mm feed augers and a hydraulic rake drive.

A reliable and low-maintenance design

Side spherical bearings, a centralized lubrication system, and a robust pick-up finger lever design ensure a long service life, reduced wear, and lubrication intervals up to 90 % shorter.

Flexible plastic pick-up fingers

Made of a special PUR-based plastic.
Six rows of pick-up tines arranged in a spiral pattern ensure even feed collection.
The flexible fingers of the picker easily adapt to the terrain and bend in all directions.
Fingers do not sink into the soil, so the feed is collected more cleanly.
Minimal wear and tear and a lower risk of broken fingers on the picker.
The picker fingers can be replaced in less than 1 minute using just one tool.

2.25 m Flex-Load Pickup – Optional Equipment

2.25 m working width in accordance with the DIN standard.
The hydraulic pick-up drive makes it easy to adjust the pick-up speed to suit the working conditions.
The 300-mm feed screws installed behind the pick-up ensure reliable and even feeding of material into the trailer.

The parallel-link suspension design ensures even 25 cm the oscillation range of the selector.

Gear

The picker's finger levers are driven by a sturdy mechanism „Duplex“ chain.
The conveyor is driven by a reinforced roller chain.

An external steel bridge protects the shafts from bending under maximum loads.

Centralized Lubrication System

All lubrication points for the picker's finger levers and guide bearings are grouped in one location.
Lubrication can be performed by setting the rotor to only one position.
The time required for lubrication work is reduced to 90 %.

Collector

A 1.8-meter-wide galvanized collector.
The flexible design ensures precise adaptation to the terrain.
Five rows of picker fingers controlled by a cam system.
A guide roller installed in front of the deflector plate ensures a steady feed of material.

Mower

Included in the standard package – 6 knives (theoretical 240 mm (cut).
Optional configuration – 19 knives (theoretical 80 mm slices) or 37 knives (theoretical 40 mm (cut).
The additional blades are extended to the working position hydraulically.
Tool-free blade replacement.
An individual safety system for each knife.

Bins for Different Types of Feed

Ambion 250–360 These models come standard with silage cover, and you can also choose hayloft. Ambion 440 and 500 These models come standard with hayloft.

Silo superstructure

This sturdy silo cover is designed for efficient collection of forage. Its construction ensures reliable operation during periods of intensive forage preparation.

Hay superstructure

The high-sided trailer allows for maximum utilization of the trailer’s capacity when transporting hay. The sturdy construction with wide deflector plates ensures smooth loading and transport without any loss of material.

Reliable transport base

10-mm-thick, high-strength round steel chains ensure a smooth feed of material.
The breaking load of each chain reaches as much as 13 t.
The U-shaped profile strips screwed onto the chains ensure reliable material transport and a long service life.

„Boogie“-type tandem undercarriage

„The “Boogie”-type tandem chassis ensures a safe and comfortable ride.
It maintains excellent stability both when working outdoors and when navigating turns.
The wide range of axle oscillation allows the chassis to easily adapt to uneven terrain.

Drive Axle

Optional configuration.
It reduces tire friction against the road surface when cornering.

E-Control Management System

Convenient control of hydraulic functions via switches.
The speed of the conveyor belt can be easily adjusted using a rotary control.

ISOBUS Control System

Optional configuration.
The trailer is controlled via the tractor's ISOBUS terminal.
It can also be equipped with a control terminal mounted on the right side.
