The JCC VibroCompact is designed to take up minimal space while maintaining high productivity. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the cleaner is easy to integrate into existing grain handling lines or use on smaller farms where every square meter counts.
Effective Cleaning
Grains and seeds are cleaned using a combination of two technologies—screens and an air stream. An integrated suction channel effectively removes light impurities, dust, and husks, while adjustable suction allows the cleaning process to be precisely tailored to different crops.
Quick screen replacement and easy cleaning
This cleaner is designed for farms where the crops being cleaned change frequently. A single operator can quickly change the screens, and the easily disassembled design ensures simple cleaning of the machine and quick preparation for the next batch.
Versatility from grains to small seeds
The JCC VibroCompact is suitable not only for cleaning wheat or barley. It can also sort and clean rapeseed, legumes, small seeds, spices, medicinal herbs, and other loose products. Thanks to this versatility, a single cleaning machine can handle the preparation of many different crops on the farm.
Used for sorting and cleaning freshly harvested grain, impurities are separated from the main mass of the product by means of sieves and air flow. Due to the different sizes of individual grains, a pair of sieves ensures the separation of larger grains from the main mass. The sieves are cleaned with the help of rubber balls. Perfect for primary and secondary cleaning processes, even when the type of grain being processed is frequently changed. The simple design and high performance are highly appreciated by small farms. For standard operations, the machine is equipped with a pair of sieves that ensure the separation of coarser or finer grains, depending on the mesh density. A fan and a cyclone separator are supplied as additional equipment. Light particles are collected in the lower part of the separator and must be cleaned regularly.
