The BTG series of grippers are designed for the transport, handling and storage of wrapped and unwrapped round coils. They are designed to handle coils from 0.90 to 1.80 m in diameter, and the DTR solution allows the simultaneous handling of up to two coils.
Gentle handling without roll damage
All BTG series grippers are designed to grip and move the rolls evenly, without sharp pressure points. Hydraulic, swivelling or tilting elements ensure extremely gentle handling, without damaging the film and feed structure.
Different management and functional options
The BTGME, BTGHA and BTGHY models offer mechanical, hydraulic or tilt control, allowing you to choose a solution according to the intensity of your work. The DTR frame allows the system to be expanded to handle two rolls simultaneously.
Modular system
The BTG series is designed as a modular system - the grippers can be used individually or combined with the DTR double transport frame. This allows the farm to grow incrementally, investing in additional features only when they are actually needed.

For use with wrapped and unwrapped round rolls with a diameter of 1,00 to 1,80 m, transport and, in particular, their construction. This allows the rolls to be transported and stored erected on the flat side, very gently and without damaging the surface. The tubes used to tilt the coils are released two hydraulic cylinders, ensuring accurate and safe operation.
For use with wrapped and unwrapped round rolls with a diameter of 0,90 to 1,80 m, for transport and stacking. The hydraulically operated clamp tubes with integrated ball bearings can rotate freely, ensuring a particularly gentle and safe working process.
The DTR allows you to attach to the frame in just a few simple steps two BTGME or BTGHA round coil grippers. The clamp is fixed on one side and mounted on a hydraulically up-and-down transport trolley on the other. This design allows transport two round coils at the same time, with a diameter up to 1,60 m, ensuring stable, safe and efficient operation.
