Slurry injection equipment with a working width of 12–18 m

Bomech Speedy – an extremely lightweight and economical slurry injection system designed for operations with a wider working width. The system is suitable for slurry tankers with a maximum tank diameter of 2.25 m.

Bomech Speedy It folds compactly along the length of the slurry tanker, so the center of gravity remains closer to the front during transport. When folding, the discharge ports are raised first, thus preventing slurry from spilling onto field edges, roads, and access roads.

The standard hydraulic version requires 3 double-acting hydraulic sections (3DA). Additionally, you can choose I-Control or E-Control management systems.

The wing extensions on the 15-meter model come with standard protection 3D impact protection system. Two 5" connectors (or, optionally, a single 6″ connection) supplies slurry to two Alrena distributors that ensure even distribution of slurry across the entire 12-meter or 15-meter working width.

Dual lighting system and wing mount

Speedy It has an integrated lighting system in the central frame and in both side sections. In the working position, the hydraulic cylinders operate in float mode, allowing the sections to move freely and adapt precisely to the soil surface.

Additional wing mount It reduces static and dynamic loads on the frame and hydraulic cylinders, thereby ensuring smoother operation, a longer service life for components, and better terrain tracking.

Bomech Speedy Small – an extremely lightweight and economical slurry injection system, designed for slurry tankers with smaller diameters and smaller wheels. The system is suitable for slurry tankers with a tank diameter of up to 1.75 m.

Bomech Farmer – A stable, lightweight slurry injection system. Its compact design and center of gravity located close to the slurry tanker make it easy to adapt the system to existing slurry tankers. The Farmer can be mounted directly on a slurry tanker or on a 3/4-point lift.

Two Alrena Distributors with rotary blades and stone and debris traps ensure precise slurry distribution. The hoses do not kink during lifting and folding, and all cylinders are equipped with end-of-stroke damping—this improves reliability and durability.

The Farmer has an integrated lighting system on the central frame and on both side sections. In the working position, the cylinders operate in a floating mode, allowing the sections to move freely and adapt precisely to the terrain.

Together with individually spring-loaded tines, this system allows the slurry injection equipment to adapt even to the most challenging terrain conditions.

Bomech Multi Profi – a robust, professional slurry injection system designed for high-capacity operation.

Via an 8″ connector The slurry is fed into two Alrena distributors that ensure precise lateral distribution across the entire working width. The system can be configured with various options: hydraulic boom extensions and different section control options—mechanical, hydraulic, or ASC system.

Multi HC – Reinforced Version

When you need higher performance, a more robust design, and greater versatility, we offer Multi Profi HC Version. Enhanced HC frame improves system stability thanks to a stronger and more stable central frame. This version is compatible with up to 12,000 l/min slurry flow.

Version for self-propelled machines

The Multi Profi series can also be mounted on self-propelled machines. A widened one is used for this purpose 3.29 m main frame. Combined with the hydraulic folding of the boom extensions, which reduces the transport length, this system can be adapted for shorter and wider self-propelled tankers.

Hydraulic Suspension System

One of the most important advantages of this series is— hydraulic suspension system. It allows the slurry injection system to oscillate independently of the slurry tanker’s movements and adapt to the terrain. The system operates automatically and ensures optimal surface tracking.

Hydraulic beam extensions

For working widths of 15 m or more, the Multi Profi can be equipped with 1.5 m hydraulic boom extensions on each side. The boom extensions reduce not only the transport length but also the working width.

Wing mount

An automatic wing suspension system with steel cables reduces the static and dynamic loads on the frame and hydraulic cylinders caused by wide beams at least 50 %. This improves the system's stability, reduces structural loads, and ensures a longer service life for Multi Profi.

Bomech Trac-Pack – A compact and stable slurry injection system, specially designed for self-propelled machines.

The system comes standard with two Alrena slurry distributors On the 12-, 15-, and 18-meter models. They ensure precise slurry distribution across the entire working width.

The Bomech Trac-Pack folds completely behind the self-propelled machine. All four folding cylinders are equipped with end-of-stroke damping, ensuring that the folding process is smooth and gentle on the structure. Hydraulic valves installed downstream of the spreaders, after the debris traps, help prevent slurry from spilling onto roads and access ways.

Simple and flexible to use

Thanks to its compact design and center of gravity close to the vehicle, the Trac-Pack can be adapted to almost for any self-propelled machine. The system can be quickly replaced with other equipment used on self-propelled machines.

On each model, the working width can be reduced by using 1.5 m hydraulic beam extensions a fold on each side. Additional control of the sections, tailored to the customer's needs, can be implemented using ASC Compressed Air System.

On the 18-meter models, the working width reduction achieved by folding the 1.5-meter beam extensions is included as standard equipment, while on the 15-meter models, it is offered as an optional feature.
