VARIO-Master V140 The baler-wrapper combination allows various bulk materials to be compressed into neatly shaped bales. It is ideal for corn silage, alfalfa, sugar beet pulp, grain, TMR feed, hemp and other shredded materials.
The variable-volume compression chamber allows for the molding of extremely dense 80–140 cm rolls of various diameters. The continuous operation of the baler and wrapper ensures maximum compaction of the material and rapid air removal, thereby creating optimal conditions for high-quality feed preservation.

Low profile design Low-profile design and 3.50 m The wide-feed hopper ensures quick and convenient filling. Material can be loaded using a dump truck, a push-type trailer, or a truck, or it can be delivered directly. Chain-type bottom conveyor The speed of the chain-bottom conveyor automatically adjusts to the amount of material being fed. Hydraulically controlled variable-volume compression chamber Two endless belts ensure consistent, high compaction of the material. Moving wrapping table The winding table moves under the pressing chamber and picks up the rolls directly from it. This ensures fast, gentle, and reliable transfer of the rolls to the winding zone. Double-wrap handle Installed as standard double-wrap handle with 2 × 750 mm Stretch film dispensers ensure high productivity. Patented plastic rollers allow for more efficient use of the film and enable more rolls to be wrapped with a single roll of film. Film-cutting mechanism The stainless steel blade ensures precise film cutting. The standard floating cutting mechanism allows the film to peel off easily, leaving no film residue stuck behind. Film Control System and Single-Film Mode If a roll of film runs out or the film breaks, the wrapping table automatically reduces the rotation speed until 50 % film overlap. The roll is then wound continuously without stopping. If it ends or is interrupted both rolls of film, the film control system automatically stops the wrapping process. Roll-off ramp The hydraulically lowered roll unloading ramp allows the wrapped roll to be gently placed on the ground and protects it from damage.

As a result, corn silage provides excellent conditions for high milk yield and good fattening results. Crushed corn kernels give the feed more texture, making it easy for livestock to pick up and eat. Thanks to their compact roll shape, corn grain silage rolls are convenient to transport, store, and use when feeding in smaller quantities. Lucerne Along with corn silage, alfalfa silage is one of the most important staple feeds in cattle nutrition. High feed intake and particularly high structural efficiency contribute to higher milk yield. Growing alfalfa ensures a stable yield and improves soil quality. However, due to its low sugar content, it is difficult to preserve alfalfa using traditional methods. When baling it into bales with VARIO-Master V140, the quality of the silage improves significantly due to rapid, airtight sealing and effective compaction. Sugar beet pulp Sugar beet pulp silage has a very high energy value, is easily digestible, and is highly palatable to livestock. It is an excellent supplement to grass silage because, due to its negative nitrogen balance in the rumen, it helps balance the protein content in the diet. Sugar beet pulp silage contains little lactic acid, so its overall acidity is also low. To produce high-quality silage, it is particularly important to ensure high compaction and clean baling while the pulp is still warm. The feed is produced from optimal grasses, grasses and clover mixture. Grasses with a high sugar content ensure a good fermentation process. However, due to its relatively low energy content and the greater difficulty of preserving it using traditional methods, it is not easy to prepare silage from cereal grains. Dual-fastening system for netting and film
The VARIO-Master V140 comes standard with combined double-fastening system. It allows you to add two rolls of netting, two rolls of plastic wrap or use a combination of mesh and film. This solution provides greater flexibility, reduces downtime when changing binding materials, and allows for quick adaptation to different pressing requirements.

Camera system
Camera system with with four infrared cameras ensures excellent visibility of the entire work process and the area around the machine, both day and night.
The cameras are positioned so that the operator has a clear view of:
- the top of the compression chamber,
- elevators,
- a rolling table,
- the rear of the vehicle (on the right side when traveling in the direction of travel).
This helps improve workplace safety, allows for more precise monitoring of the process, and ensures more convenient machine control.

Water Injection System for the Pressing Chamber
The proper dry matter and moisture content of the material is crucial for achieving high compaction and high-quality bales. When baling very dry material, water can be fed directly into the baling chamber using water injection system.
The system consists of:
- solenoid valve,
- pipeline,
- adjustable nozzles.

Remote control for unloading a roll
Compact remote control allows for remote control of the unloading of a wrapped bale. Thanks to its convenient and compact design, the operator can always keep the remote control with them and initiate bale unloading at any time.

The electric drive operates via cardan shaft, so the machine can be used with a tractor at any time if necessary. The electric motor operates quietly, and operating costs are significantly lower than when using a tractor, which requires more fuel. This solution not only reduces operating costs but also allows the equipment to be used indoors, as there are no exhaust fumes. The protective cover also makes it convenient to use the electric drive outdoors, even when –15 °C to +60 °C ambient temperature. The electric drive requires minimal maintenance, and its base, which features forklift-liftable openings, makes it easy to transport. In addition, the drive is equipped with Soft Starter A module that significantly reduces inrush current spikes and starting torque. This helps save electricity and protects the drive, shafts, and transmission from additional loads. Technical Specifications
The system consists of weighing table, weighing terminal, and label printer with GÖWEIL logo or the client's logo. Four weighing cells are integrated directly into the wrapping table, and the display is mounted on the control panel. The wrapped rolls are weighed automatically, so the work process is not slowed down. Rolls can be weighed individually or analyzed as a whole batch. All settings can be easily configured on the terminal. The label printer displays information about the roll’s weight, date, time, and the uploaded logo. If labels are not needed, this feature can be disabled on the terminal. Adhesive labels and marking tapes are standard products available at specialty stores. The weighing system can also be installed on machines that are already in use. Unlike the uncalibrated version, calibrated weighing system It is certified for precision weighing and can be used in situations where official weight data is required in accordance with applicable metrological requirements. Integrated into the roll unloading ramp roll tilting mechanism allows you to gently place the roll on left or right side. When this feature is turned off, the roll moves forward as usual. Storing rolls placed on their ends, they can be removed more quickly and safely; moreover, this helps preserve the roll's shape and the film's integrity. Several key factors are important for producing high-quality silage:
If not all of these factors are optimal (for example, due to unfavorable weather conditions), silage additives helps improve silage quality, reduces the risk of improper fermentation, and prevents the feed from spoiling later on. Using self-priming pump with a filter and an electronic flow meter, silo feed-in via two stainless steel nozzles It is fed directly into the compression chamber. This ensures that the additive is evenly distributed throughout the material being compressed. The dosing system is ideal for both for lactic acid bacteria preparations, both low-corrosivity acidic silage additives. Note: The liquid additive container is not included in the package.
