The Ovlac XPerience reversible plough range consists of 3 plough series, so you will always find the right solution that best suits your tractor power and soil conditions.

High quality and efficient work

A new series of reversible ploughs from 4 to 6 furrows, designed for tractors up to 285 HP.

XPerience 130 Series

140 mm diameter turning axle.
4 and 5 furrow plough models are available.

Security systems

Continuous hydraulic protection:

Always-on protection, determining the resistance force of the protection according to soil conditions. In heavy or particularly compacted soils, the pressure can be increased to ensure penetration into the soil and maintain the optimal position of the working parts. On the other hand, when working in stony soils, the pressure can be set lower to prevent stones from being brought to the surface. The legs are fixed to the beam, not welded, so double security is ensured.

Variable working width

XP and XPV models

All XPerience plough models can be adjusted to suit working conditions.

In XP models (XPF and XPH), the working width is adjusted manually by changing the position of the screw.

Four different working widths are available, with a step change every 5 cm.

All XP-V (XPFV and XPHV) models are equipped with the well-known Ovlac Varilabor interchangeable tine as standard. The working width is changed hydraulically from the tractor cab, from 30 to 50 cm for the body.

Advantages of this system:

Optimal performance, depending on the tractor power.
Best adaptation to working conditions, depending on working depth, soil type, crop species and season.
Adaptation to the characteristics of the arable field: terrain and obstacles.

Automatic memory system

When turning in the furrows, it allows the plough to be retracted to its minimum working width and returned to its previous working position by gently lowering it to the ground. Once the operator has performed this action, the plough stores the memory and automatically returns to the set working width.

Copying hitch system.

Automatic leveling

There are two hitch systems to choose from: a simple fixed hitch or a copying hitch system with automatic leveling.

The copying hitch system allows the plough to automatically level itself and follow the tractor, without the operator having to take any action.

In ploughs with hydraulic tine adjustment, the copying hitch system allows the plough to immediately and automatically adapt to the new pressure balance resulting from changing the working width and to level the plough without operator intervention.

When lifting the plough into transport position or turning on headlands, the tracking hitch system is automatically locked, preventing the plough from swinging sideways.

One-piece, non-welded frame

The main frame is made of the highest quality steel, is solid and unwelded. There are no stretching or weak spots. In addition, the front part of the frame, which receives the most loads, is reinforced with Hardox plates.

Longevity

On ploughs with hydraulically adjustable share (XPV) the frame is reinforced with screwed supports, which are easily replaceable.

In addition, the pivot points of these supports are remote from the main frame, so The frame does not lose its strength and is resistant to wear. The pivot points feature wear-resistant hardened bushings and lubrication points to ensure long service life.

For more difficult conditions – hydraulic protection

In ploughs with the hydraulic NON STOP protection system, the legs are not welded, but screwed in. One of the fastening bolts is specially designed as a shear bolt, so double protection is obtained.

The articulated safety bar connecting the leg support to the main frame is designed to withstand the toughest conditions. This connection system creates a genuine 3D protection system.

Translations

V-34: universal tiller for all soil types. Perfect for wide tires. Good tillage when working with a tractor with limited power. For depths of 15 - 35 cm.

V-97: universal tiller for all soil types. Very low tractor power requirement. For depths of 15 - 30 cm.

V-L0V: Feather-tip tiller. Designed for sticky soils. All wearing parts are screwed with conical bolts to extend the service life.

V-90: leaves a wide furrow, especially recommended for tractors with wide tires (>760 mm). Since it is elongated, it turns the soil very well. Low tractor power requirement.

Plastic: recommended for very sticky, non-stony soils. Same shape as V-34.
