Efficient shallow ploughing with full reversal

Mini-N allows full soil turning at shallow depths, while maintaining a fertile topsoil and not disturbing deeper horizons. This helps maintain soil structure, reduces unnecessary mixing and ensures effective weed control.

Precise adaptation to the tractor

The possibility to adjust the width of the first furrow (mechanically or hydraulically) allows you to adapt the plough to the width of the tractor and the working conditions. This allows the plough to work straight and stable even on more difficult fields, such as slopes.

Automatic adaptation during work

The oscillating linkage system with central pivot allows the plough to naturally follow the tractor's movement and maintain an optimal working balance. This reduces the loads on the plough and the tractor, improves the quality of the work and helps to make more efficient use of fuel.

Flexible protection for different soils

The Mini-N can be equipped with either a cutoff screw or a hydraulic pressure-controlled automatic safety device. This allows precise adaptation to different soil conditions - from light to stony - and reduces the risk of damage and downtime.

The latest generation of gateways Mini-N the plough can be equipped with:

cut-off bolt protection for less stony soils (Mini NF)
or hydraulic automatic protection (Mini NH), with adjustable release pressure according to soil conditions.

When working in hard or compacted soils, the pressure can be increased to ensure good penetration and to maintain the optimum working position of the hulls. Meanwhile, in stony soils, the pressure can be reduced to prevent stones from being brought to the surface.

The ability to adjust the operating pressure offers great flexibility for easy customisation Mini-N a plough for different soil types.

Mini-N series is based on three main frameworks: Mini-N-5, Mini-N-7 and Mini-N-9. Each of these can be extended by adding one or two additional bolted enclosures.

5-body frame supplied with 120 series suspension unit, with 110 mm diameter shaft.

Oscillating coupling system - automatic levelling

Ovlac Mini ploughshares used oscillating coupling system with central pivot. The plough is pulled from a central point, allowing it to move freely and adapt to the tractor while maintaining an optimal balance between lateral pressure on the shanks and the support boards.

As a result, when the plough is correctly adjusted:

no need for complex additional regulations,
the plough follows the tractor's trajectory perfectly.

Lifting the plough for transport or tipping, the oscillating coupling system automatically locks in a central position.

This design also includes:

facilitates the attachment of the plough,
reduces the loads on the entire plough structure,
helps reduce fuel consumption.

Hydraulic adjustment of the first furrow width

Mini-N the plough can be equipped with mechanical or hydraulic adjustment of the width of the first furrow, to accurately determine the furrow based on the width of the tractor.

Once the starting position is established, the width of the furrow can be easily adjusted during operation, for example when working on slopes or in more difficult conditions.
