Hydraulic depth adjustment

Hydraulic disc lowering makes it easy to set the working depth directly from the tractor cab. The depth can be changed during operation, making it easy to adapt to different soil conditions. This ensures even cultivation and greater working efficiency.
Selectable front cultivation zone

Choose between the Flexi-Cut Knife Roller for shredding plant residues or the Flexi-Board for levelling the soil surface. The front zone allows for better soil preparation before the discs start working. Hydraulic control from the cab allows you to adjust or change settings during operation.
The shape of the discs ensures full-area cutting

530 mm discs in two rows ensure a full cut and intensive mixing of crop residues. The discs penetrate the soil easily and work efficiently, even with large amounts of residue. The individual rubber element protection allows reliable work in the event of obstacles and the 24 cm spacing ensures good throughput.

High-quality materials and eXtra STEEL technology ensure durability, even under tough working conditions. Maintenance-free disc fixing points and rubber connectors reduce operating costs. - Primary soil levelling zone:
- Flexi-Cut Knife Roller - for cutting back plant residues or
- Flexi-Board - for levelling the soil surface.
- Full-area shaving zone. The double disc section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect full-area cultivation at a depth of 3.5-13 cm with intensive mixing of crop residues. The disc section also distributes the crop residues well over the entire cultivation area.
- Crushing and compaction zone. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture retention.

530 mm diameter discs arranged in two rows. In the event of a collision with an obstacle, each disk has individual effective protections – rubber joints. The discs penetrate the soil perfectly and cut away plant residues. Maintenance-free disc mounting points allow the cultivator to be operated without additional lubrication. The optimal disc geometry ensures extremely productive, high quality work, when incorporating large amounts of plant waste. The discs maintain the ideal working angle, even when worn. The 24 cm distance between the discs ensures good permeability of plant residues. Hydraulic clamping of the side sections with a pressure accumulator ensures an even distribution of weight over the entire working width and allows the sections to freely follow uneven terrain.
