A major advantage of pneumatic spray control is its simple design, where the main control valve also acts as a pressure relief valve. This reduces the number of hoses in the system. The simple connection of hoses is an advantage during washing and spray discharge - no antifreeze is needed. The entire distribution system can be completely emptied.
The round shape of the mixing tank ensures better flushing of the walls and, together with the easyFlow quick coupling, allows fast filling of concentrated products from the canisters into the spray tank and flushing of the canisters with clean water, without the need for service personnel to come into contact with the chemicals. Chemical filling with the easyFlow quick coupling is simple, fast and above all safe. In order to install the easyFlow system on an older sprayer, the following technical requirements must be met:
Sequential flushing of the inside of sprayers is a new way to significantly reduce water consumption and time spent on flushing. This not only improves flushing but also makes good use of residual products. Flushing procedure:
A typical rinse takes 20-25 minutes and 90 litres of clean water. Continuous flushing – time 5 minutes and 40 liters of clean water.Water system features
Safer filling of plant protection products into sprayers

„Stop-spray with ISOBUS - a cost-effective navigation and spray control system solution with GPS-controlled automatic section shut-off.
Section management Automatic section control system for ISOBUS compatible machines, combined with terminal, navigation system and GPS signal. Navigation „Navigator software for terminals, allowing you to work on parallel, identical, aligned and contoured lines of travel using a D-GPS receiver.
Sectional variable rate control Allows simultaneous transmission of multiple set rates. With precision agriculture maps (prescriptive maps), the rate can be adjusted for each section separately. This function can also be used in real time using the online method with an N-sensor.
„The MULTI-RATE function allows multiple set rates to be transmitted through the Task Controller simultaneously. With precision farming prescription maps, the rate can be adjusted for each section separately. Until now, this has only been possible over the full width of the spray boom. This function can also be used in real time using an online approach with N sensors.
CURVE-Control - another feature of Müller-Elektronik computers (ISOBUS SPRAYER-Controller). It ensures a constant spray rate over the entire working width when cornering with the sprayer. This is achieved by automatically switching between different nozzle combinations in each section. The sprayer shall be equipped with multi-functional, switchable nozzle holders and shall have VARIO-SELECT licence. The Müller-Elektronik terminal transmits the exact position of the boom to the sprayer control computer via a GPS receiver. The computer uses a gyroscope to determine the travel speed and turning radius and calculates the required rate for each section. The system automatically sets the rate for each section by selecting the appropriate nozzle combination.
Variable rate pesticide and fertiliser application system based on plant health monitoring using growth sensors. This system is designed to apply variable rates of liquid fertiliser and plant protection products on precision farms. Plant condition is assessed using a system of spectral sensors, which allows a more flexible response to the nutritional needs of the plants and the detection of field-specific differences. The online (real-time) sensor measurements can be supplemented by a map-overlay mode that adjusts the spray intensity according to the yield potential zones. This combination of real-time measurements and yield potential mapping allows for a more efficient use of inputs - a higher rate in a weaker crop is only applied when a high yield is expected at a specific location. The yield potential map is based on the time sequence of satellite images and stored on a server. An innovative solution is to adjust the yield potential map to the current weather conditions based on local meteorological measurements. The local sensor network consists of measurement nodes installed in the field to detect differences in the microclimate of the crop in the monitored area. The data collected include air temperature and humidity, leaf wetness, air pressure, soil moisture and temperature, etc.
Remote control of sprayer functions from the tractor cab or via an external control panel.
Each valve is operated by pneumatic cylinders. This control system is very reliable and, in the event of a failure of a pneumatic cylinder, the valve can be easily switched manually. „The Topline option is required for the automatic cleaning programme of the TANK-Control III system. Even without TANK-Control III, all functions can be switched manually from the cab and the sprayer can be rinsed in stages, but it is important not to miss a single step. The TANK-Control III system allows the sprayer to be completely and automatically rinsed without the need for separate activation of each intermediate step.

AGRIO sprayer booms are characterised by their high reliability and, above all, their precise and smooth movement, which has a very positive impact on the quality of spraying. The use of modern DC-TOP technology, in which the beam reacts quickly to changes in the terrain thanks to ultrasonic sensors, results in the highest spray quality. AGRIO sprayer beams are available in a wide range of working widths, from 12 m to 36 m. Thanks to an advanced system of shock absorbers, silent blocks and springs, maximum suspension efficiency is guaranteed. For even greater efficiency, the beam can be optionally equipped with various functions such as folding of the rear sections or lifting of the central section.
Electric beam tilt Hydraulic beam tilt System without beam tilt Oil-filled shock absorbers dampen both upward and downward oscillations of the beam. Stabilisers (silent blocks) reduce the back and forth oscillation of the beam Stabilisers reduce the back-and-forth sway of the beam (with flat springs for larger beams). The nitrogen accumulator in the beam lifting system ensures more efficient suspension performance and better damping of oscillations. Vertical damping of the beam is provided by a coil spring. Spiral spring detail.
The DC Top Super Vario system provides perfect field surface tracking – it allows the boom wings to follow the surface not only when rising but also when falling, independently of each other. This will ensure more precise spraying in difficult field terrain conditions.

EARLY The company, founded in 1993, began its activities with the reconstruction of used sprayers. To date, the factory has expanded significantly, taking a big step forward. Gradually developed EARLY Sprayer Group - top quality trailed and self-propelled sprayers, designed with spray beams up to 36 m and tanks up to 14,000 litres. Advanced solutions based on practical and economic logic are used in production.
The company's development was greatly influenced by cooperation with the German sprayer manufacturer GSB, when in 1993 AGRIO acquired a license for the production of booms, at the same time gaining a lot of valuable information on how to produce a quality sprayer. The company has been improving sprayers for 20 years.
EARLY The uniqueness of the sprayers is the pneumatic control and the spatial booms on the pendulum suspension. The pneumatic control responds quickly, maintenance is very simple and even with intensive use of aggressive liquid fertilizers has an unlimited service life. The booms, thanks to their excellent balancing and independent suspension, meet the highest requirements for spraying even on uneven fields.
The company pays great attention to after-sales service, striving to ensure that the sprayers operate reliably not only during the warranty period, but also throughout their entire service life. The machines are designed to withstand maximum load under intensive use conditions.
Currently EARLY is the largest manufacturer of outdoor sprayers In the Czech Republic, their products are among the best in the world. The 60% sprayers manufactured by this company are sold in the German market, which is characterized by special demands, strict requirements and laws.
