The design of the wrapping table ensures a stable position of the roll. The roll is not subject to centrifugal forces, so there is no possibility of it rolling off. The conveyor belts and two rotating roll guide rollers (optional: 4 rollers) guarantee a constant forward movement of the roll, ensuring an even film overlap. When the rolls need to be lowered, the wrapping table is lowered all the way to the ground. Therefore, the rolls are lowered with particular care.
The wrapper is equipped with an easy-to-use STANDARD program controller as standard. The “Bale pick-up” function is controlled manually using an electronic joystick. The “Wrapping process” and “Film holding and cutting” cycles are carried out automatically. To lower the bale, use the joystick again. All functions and settings are adjusted using the control levers located on the wrapper body.
The standard G3010 wrapper is mounted on a tractor. On request, the wrapper can be equipped with an external drive motor. You can choose between a PTO or an electric drive (4 kW motor) or a gasoline engine (8.2 kW) with a battery, e-starter, as well as a hydraulic system.
When working long hours in the fields, it is important to always have enough film. The G3010 Farmer wrapper has four film roll holders, the G3010 Profi wrapper can carry 16 film rolls. The holders are mounted at the rear of the wrapper so that the film rolls can be easily loaded and unloaded at a convenient height.
