Mulchers MU-PRO VARIO

Safe working environment with Müthing: special hardened steel spring valves protects you, your employees and your equipment. They effectively contain foreign objects and reduce potential damage.

Tests have been carried out to ensure that your safety and that of others in the mulcher's working area are guaranteed. The safety distances have been reduced to 2 m on the sides of the machine and to 8 m in front and behind.

Müthing mulchers are made of high-quality fine-grained steel – a guarantee of strength and durability. The lighter design reduces the load on the tractor and protects the soil from compaction.

Shark fin shredding tape with shark fin design – self-cleaning and easy to replace. The system ensures uniform shredding of all crop residues: longer materials are returned for additional processing, and those that are already properly shredded are immediately transported further. The result is a uniform quality result across the entire field.

Hydraulic side shift – convenient work around obstacles, trees and ditch edges. The tractor remains on safe ground, while the mulcher works nearby – where it needs to be reached.

Free play in the gearbox or hydraulic motor Protects the PTO system from damage during sudden braking. This eliminates the possibility of incorrect operation of the drive system.

Front-rear mounting bracket – a flexible choice that allows you to mount the mulcher where it is most convenient: at the front or at the back. No complicated additional adjustments – everything is according to your working needs and tractor type.

Automatic belt tensioning system maintains constant V-belt tension, regardless of temperature or belt wear level. Once adjusted, the tension automatically remains at the set level.

Starinth® Support Roller Bearing is a heavy-duty Müthing support roller bearing system. The bearing is permanently lubricated, protected by a labyrinth seal and mounted in a star-shaped contour that prevents the bearing from distorting. The star-shaped design reduces impacts on the bearing, thus optimizing the bearing life.

Adjustable support roller allows the mulcher to be used all year round. When maintaining pastures or field edges, the front roller evenly spreads the chopped material - this promotes fast and natural decomposition. The position of the support roller at the rear promotes fast spontaneous seed germination, especially in rapeseed crops.

Vertically adjustable support roller/support wheels allows you to easily adjust the mulcher to different working height settings. Both minimally chopped plant residues and lush green turf can be easily achieved.

Double helix rotor – lower costs and longer service life. Smooth operation reduces fuel consumption and protects the drive system, extending the service life of the gearbox and PTO shafts. Internal bearings and wide covers not only protect against foreign objects, but also prevent crop mass from wrapping around the rotor.

Tangential tool holders – better impact protection and longer service life. They allow the rotor to smoothly overcome obstacles, and the longer weld seam ensures a stronger connection of the brackets and reduces the risk of them breaking.

2Cut double-cut rotor with M-DuraX hammers* allows you to work more efficiently due to the special system of arrangement of shredding tools: with 75 % more tools, the cutting speed increases by 100 %. This arrangement allows you to cut twice as fast as using conventional rotors, so you can work at higher speeds by reducing the revolutions.

M-shaped suspension hammer rotor used where frequent contact with foreign objects is likely. The suspension system allows the hammers to avoid direct impacts on foreign objects, so the equipment is protected and the work proceeds without interruption.

Triple Y-type knives – lower power consumption and less dust.* These blades are easily interchangeable with M hammers and allow for cleaner and more economical work, reducing air and dust movement.

MU-Vario® system – full control over working conditions. Optimal intake, adjustable body shape, adjustable PTO speed, infinitely adjustable bedknife and pivoting support roller allow easy adaptation to any field conditions.
