Unique Features of MULTIVA Cerex Seeders
Versatile Seeding Under Various Conditions

The Cerex EVO and eCerex are designed for sowing in both plowed and minimally tilled soil. Sharp double seeding discs effectively cut through the soil and precisely place seeds even in fields with abundant crop residue. As a result, the seeders are easily adaptable to different tillage techniques.
Seeding disc pressure up to 120 kg

The sturdy double seeding discs can be pressed down with a force of up to 120 kg, ensuring that the set seeding depth is maintained even under more challenging conditions. The downforce is controlled by the tractor’s hydraulic system and can be easily adjusted during seeding to accommodate changing soil conditions.
Precise dosing from small to large amounts

The dual-chamber metering system allows for precise metering of both very low seeding rates—such as for rapeseed—and high seeding rates. Switching from larger to smaller seeds is straightforward, so the seeder can be easily adapted for different crops.
Low fuel consumption and easy maintenance

The double seeding discs effectively cut through the soil, while the large-diameter transport wheels feature low rolling resistance, so the seeders require less tractor power and fuel. The durable design of the seeding discs does not require regular lubrication, which reduces the need for daily maintenance.
Universal sowing
Cerex seeders use seeding discs that incorporate advanced technological solutions similar to those found in Forte FX direct-seeding seeders, such as seeding depth control via a pressure wheel.
Minimal tillage technology

In many cases, light tillage is beneficial for seed germination, weed control, and accelerating soil drying and warming. The soil can be tilled with the Multiva TopLine Super XL S-tine cultivator or the DiscMaster disc cultivator. It is also possible to use the front tillage unit on the seed drill.
Cultivated soil

When sowing with the Multiva Cerex after primary tillage and seedbed preparation, extremely precise seed placement and uniform germination are ensured in various soil types. The Cerex is ideal for sowing after a spring-tine cultivator, rotary harrow, or disc harrow.
When using Cerex, the seedbed can be prepared slightly shallower, as the seeds are placed precisely into a firm and moist seedbed base. This ensures good seed-to-soil contact, rapid and reliable plant emergence, and uniform crop establishment.

Multiva eCerex Seeders seed metering shafts are powered electric motors. The ISOBUS connector provides power for this simple and reliable dosing system. Electric metering motors react instantly to driving speed and sowing rates changes. The electric metering system allows very high sowing rates to be achieved at normal working speeds. Using Multiva SeedPilot controller, e-seeders offer a wide range of precision farming options. Variable rates for seed, fertiliser and small seeds, using rate maps and GPS, is a standard feature on these drills. In addition, eCerex seeders also feature automatic headache control and Section Control for half of the drill.
The Multiva FX coulter is designed to provide exceptional drilling accuracy, durability and reliable maintenance-free operation. The large diameter double disc tines are highly wear resistant and maintenance free. The design of the Norag has no lubrication points, so it does not need additional lubrication. Optimal sowing results Multiva in drills seed and fertiliser are applied through the same coulter, but separate and close together.
Precise adjustment of the sowing depth Precise sowing depth is ensured by Individual depth adjustment for each disc with a locking wheel. A closing wheel behind the double discs helps to keep consistent and unchanging sowing depth, even in uneven fields. Individual disc adjustment using the locking wheel is also useful because of the hopper fill level or varying soil conditions does not affect sowing depth. High pressure on the seeding discs Multiva Cerex The pressure of the seeding discs on seeders reaches up to 120 kg, which places extremely high pressure on seed drills designed for tilled soil. The robust design of the seeding discs, high pressure, and sharp-cutting double seeding discs ensure high seeding accuracy even in minimally tilled fields with abundant crop residue. The soft rubber material also features good self-cleaning properties, even on sticky and wet soils. The robust rim and steel reinforcements in the tyre allow you to work even in for high disc clamping pressure—up to 250 kg. Maintenance-free design Cerex The design of the seeder’s sowing discs is extremely durable and requires no regular maintenance. The large-diameter double seeding discs are highly resistant to wear, and their frames are attached to the seeder with rubber mounts that protect against impacts, such as when encountering stones. Thanks to the well-thought-out design of the seeding discs unnecessary lubrication points, which reduces the need for daily maintenance and shortens the time required to prepare the equipment for operation. The double seeding discs effectively cut through the soil, and Multiva seeders have fewer of them than most traditional seeders. In addition, the large-diameter transport wheels feature low rolling resistance. These design features reduce the tractor’s power requirements and fuel consumption. Multiva eForte, eCerex, and EVO In seeders, the seeding rate is adjusted by changing the rotational speed of the seeding shafts. eForte and eCerex In these models, each hopper has a separate electric motor, and EVO Seeders are equipped with a separate gearbox, which ensures that the required seeding rate is set precisely and reliably. The high-capacity metering mechanism allows for high seeding rates, while the unique dual-chamber metering system ensures extremely precise operation, even when sowing at very low rates, such as for rapeseed. Switching from larger to smaller seeds is simple—once the metering mechanism’s shutters are closed, only the metering shaft for small seeds remains in operation. A viewing window in the metering unit allows you to easily monitor the system’s operation and conveniently perform cleaning. Multiva Calibration of seeders is simple and quick. E-Series Seeders Calibration is performed using electric motors, eliminating the need for a manual calibration handle, and all set data is automatically transmitted to the controller. Remote control and variable seed and fertilizer rate functions are standard features on these models. In other Multiva locations On seeders, calibration is performed using the calibration handle. If the seeder is equipped with remote seed or fertilizer rate control, the calibration results are transmitted to the controller, making it even easier to adjust the settings. The precise metering system and drive ensure reliable adherence to the set seeding rate. In two parts Stainless steel calibration trays They are easy to remove and convenient to use. The seed and fertilizer trays are inserted separately into the holders on the left side of the seeder, and once calibration is complete, they can be safely stored in those same holders until the next use.
The hopper for fine seed/starter fertiliser has been completely renewed on the new Multiva drills. This equipment is integrated into the the main bunker, but due to movable partitions the fine seed hopper capacity can be used as part of the main bunker, if it is not in use at the time. The material from the fine seed hopper can be flexibly diverted - or in the sowing row, or behind the discs, on the soil surface. The fine seed/starter fertiliser metering system shall dual chamber dispenser, so it can be used to sow a wide range of materials. For light and small for grass seeds can also be mounted Pendulum dispenser, which ensures an even flow of material. Multiva eCerex speed data can be obtained for drills from the sensor, at the rear axis of the drill, or via the tractor's ISOBUS system. The user can choose the most appropriate source of speed data, based on the specific working conditions. As a result, the dosing rate always adapts precisely and instantly to changes in driving speed. Remote control of seed or fertilizer application rates allows for more precise adjustment of the amount of materials used based on soil type and specific field conditions. Seed or fertilizer rates can be easily adjusted directly from the controller. Using SEEDPILOT ISOBUS Using a controller, the rate can be adjusted automatically based on pre-programmed variable-rate maps and GPS data. This helps distribute seeds and fertilizers more precisely across different areas of the field and makes more efficient use of inputs. Multiva seed drills are equipped with open and high-capacity metering systems that allow smooth metering very large quantities of materials. The fertiliser bunker is equipped with sieves and dosing rollers have aggressive grooves, This allows large amounts of organic fertiliser to be spread per hectare. The machine can also be equipped with a fertiliser metering axis for smooth material flow at high rates. Multiva seed drills can sowing different plants at different depths at the same time using different sowing machines. For example, beans from the fertilizer hopper and small seeds from the seed hopper. This is made possible by individual disc depth adjustment. The depth of the seeding discs is controlled directly by the tractor’s hydraulic system, so the settings can be easily adjusted during operation to accommodate changing soil conditions. When using SeedPilot controller, the set pressure can be monitored on the terminal screen, and with Comfort using a control—based on a mechanical scale located at the front of the seeder. This allows you to quickly adjust the pressure of the seeding discs to suit different areas of the field and maintain a precise and uniform seeding depth. Multiva Cerex Seeders are equipped with high-capacity hoppers, allowing for longer periods of operation without additional stops to refill seeds or fertilizer. Even with full hoppers, you can safely travel at higher transport speeds, which reduces travel time between fields and increases overall productivity. The adjustable internal divider in the hopper allows for flexible allocation of space according to seed and fertilizer requirements, while the self-retracting cover makes it easier to cover the hopper and use it on a daily basis. Thanks to its user-friendly design, the operator can focus more on the seeding process itself and on operating the machine. Multiva EVO In seed and fertilizer metering mechanisms, a unique drive system—which derives its power from the transport wheels via a wheel drive mechanism—drives the mechanisms. This design ensures precise and uninterrupted power transmission under a variety of operating conditions. The soil type or changing field conditions do not affect the rotational speed of the metering rollers, ensuring a consistent and accurate seeding rate. The system’s simple design ensures reliability, durability, and low maintenance requirements.Electric dosing - advanced features

Dosing axes Multiva drills can be equipped with metering axes in each bunker to ensure a more even flow of material, especially when sowing special seeds or using organic fertilisers. In the fine seed hopper, the metering axis has a pendulum principle, making it particularly suitable for demanding and light seed types. Front compaction wheels The front packer wheels level and compact the soil surface between the tractor wheels, facilitating rapid germination over the entire working width of the drill. The front packer wheels, which are integrated into the drill, also increase the manoeuvrability of the drill and the tractor unit in the headlands. Front disc cultivation section The front disc cultivation section can be mounted on Forte and Cerex seeders. The disc section effectively prepares and levels the seedbed immediately in front of the seeding discs. Thanks to the aggressive angle of attack of the discs, they can also be used when working directly in stubble. Fine seed hopper On the new Multiva drills, the hopper for fine seed/starter fertiliser is integrated into the main hopper. However, thanks to the sliding partition, the fine seed hopper can be used as part of the main hopper if it is not in use at the time. Seed material dispensed from the small-seed hopper can be flexibly directed—either into the seed row or behind the seeding discs, onto the soil surface.
