The standard configuration includes three pairs of screens arranged in two tiers. Combined with individually adjustable suction, this allows the product to be separated into up to 6 different fractions in a single cycle, making the cleaner ideal for seed preparation for sowing and calibration.
Gentle work
The cleaner is driven by a pair of vibration motors, and the woven screens with automatically moving rubber balls ensure continuous cleaning of the screens. This operating principle effectively cleans the seeds without damaging them and reduces product loss.
Basic Service
The JCR features a compact design, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance. The screens can be quickly replaced depending on the crop being cleaned, and the easily disassembled design allows for quick cleaning of the machine and reduces downtime when switching between different seed batches.

The air flow through the sieves is regulated individually. The correct selection of sieves and air volume guarantees ideal sorting. This cleaning system achieves a higher than 99,5% seed purity. The machine is driven by a pair of vibration motors, the flow of seeds fed is regulated as needed. The sieves are cleaned with the help of rubber balls, which are moved by the vibration of the machine. The machine is easy to disassemble and clean. The sieves are selected and replaced as needed. Aspiration is provided by an axial fan RVK together with an eccentric cyclone or filter.
