"We tested the shaver on our farm in various conditions and were really satisfied."

Kėdainiai district farmer Paulius Staliorius started his business a decade ago. Having taken over the farm from his father, he currently has a 1,000-hectare modern crop farm. Soil preparation after harvest is one of the more serious challenges that all farmers, not just P. Staliorius, face every year, so choosing the right equipment is a responsible and difficult task.

"I've tried a lot of disc harrows, but I was a little disappointed and couldn't really imagine having such a unit on my farm until I decided to try this one," said the farmer.

In the spring, he visited a field day organized by the Farmet factory with other farmers and was convinced of the quality of the Softer disc harrow.

The Softer disc harrow shallowly shaves stubble of any crops at an operating speed of even 15 km/h. The cut discs easily penetrate the soil and mix intensively, and the angle of the discs, the high pressure force of each disc ensure excellent cultivation even in the heaviest soil and excellent shaving of the cultivated soil.

One of the biggest advantages of this disc harrow is its versatility, from primary tillage to subsequent soil preparation.

"We tested the Softer disc harrow on our farm in various conditions and were really satisfied. When we started using the disc harrow on our farm, we changed the entire working technology, and we also mounted a grass and fertilizer seeder on it. This is how we plan to speed up rapeseed sowing."
