Farmer Viktoras S. from the Varėna district shares his experience of using his own farm OVLAC XPerience 5-hull plough.
„It's working well, so I'm really happy,“ says the farmer, briefly but confidently. „As far as the hydraulic protection system is concerned, we have a bit of rocky soil, so we had to dig out a few large stones in a few days, but everything is perfect.“
The farmer also emphasises the versatility of the plough in different fields. Thanks to the hydraulically adjustable coulter depth (from 30 to 50 cm) and the parallel copy system, the settings of the first coulter can be changed even while the plough is in operation, making it easy to adapt to different soil conditions. „We work in a wide range of soils - stubble, after-crop, and in both poorer and better fields - and it works perfectly,“ says Victor.
