Unique Continuous Flow System (CFS)

The Continuous Flow System (CFS) ensures a steady flow of material from the loader to the body, making it easier to tow the trailer even under heavy loads. Lower power requirements result in savings in fuel, time, and operating costs.

An extremely short 35 mm film clip

The Exact-Cut cutting unit with 45 blades ensures a cut width of just 35 mm and high-quality forage. The double-edged blades and tool-free blade replacement allow for quick setup and reduce maintenance time.

High-performance 8-row rotor

The rotor’s eight rows of teeth, arranged in a spiral pattern, ensure a smooth feed flow without load spikes. This allows for high productivity while conserving feed.

Due to the smooth operation of various components continuous flow system CFS ensures excellent picking performance, requiring minimal power. The collector, flow roller, rotor and Exact-Cut cutting system are perfectly matched and complement each other.

1. Cutting system and rotor:

Precise grinding for perfect compatibility.
The finger plates welded to the rotor ensure a smooth and precise cut.
The small distance between the rotor fingers and the blades ensures extremely precise shredding with minimal power consumption.

2. Pick-up: gentle grass collection and even swath distribution

A simple, lever-less mechanism.
Plastic dividers.
1.8 m working width.
Six rows of tines arranged in a V-shape distribute the grass evenly.
To accommodate the additional flow, the reel is positioned very flat—allowing it to adapt perfectly to the ground surface.
The steerable wheels on the harvester ensure flexible adaptation to the terrain.

Plastic pick-up fingers made of a special PUR compound.
Six rows of segmented fingers arranged in a spiral.
They are flexible in all directions, so they conform precisely to the terrain.
It prevents fingers from sinking into the soil, so the feed stays cleaner.
Extremely low wear and tear and minimal risk of finger fractures.
Fingers can be replaced in less than 1 minute using just one tool.
