Super-Vitesse – extremely simple and effective

Super Speed The series of forage trailers is an efficient and versatile technique for collecting green fodder. The Continuous Flow System (CFS) allows medium-sized farms with their own machinery to efficiently harvest forage and ensure the highest silage quality - even with lower-powered tractors.

Thanks to its robust and versatile design, this machine is also ideal as a vehicle during harvest.

Due to the smooth operation of various components continuous flow system CFS ensures excellent picking performance, requiring minimal power. The collector, flow roller, rotor and Exact-Cut cutting system are perfectly matched and complement each other.

Knife protection system with precise operation
The new Strautmann feed trailer is used knife protection system It is characterized by precise operation and extremely low maintenance requirements. In case of collision with a foreign object, the knife completely withdraws from the transport channel, thus minimizing the risk of damage to the knife blades.

Knife protection system – up to the center point:

The security system has not yet passed the central point.
The knives remain in the transport channel

When encountering a foreign object:

Rubber shock absorbers compress
The knife protection system reaches the center point
The spring in the return mechanism is tensioned

Security system activation:

Protection goes beyond the central point
The knife completely withdraws from the channel
The spring in the return mechanism is under maximum tension.
When the resistance of the foreign object decreases or disappears completely, the spring automatically returns the knife to the transport channel.
