Bomech Multi Profi – a robust, professional slurry injection system designed for high-capacity operation.

Via an 8″ connector The slurry is fed into two Alrena distributors that ensure precise lateral distribution across the entire working width. The system can be configured with various options: hydraulic boom extensions and different section control options—mechanical, hydraulic, or ASC system.

Multi HC – Reinforced Version

When you need higher performance, a more robust design, and greater versatility, we offer Multi Profi HC Version. Enhanced HC frame improves system stability thanks to a stronger and more stable central frame. This version is compatible with up to 12,000 l/min slurry flow.

Version for self-propelled machines

The Multi Profi series can also be mounted on self-propelled machines. A widened one is used for this purpose 3.29 m main frame. Combined with the hydraulic folding of the boom extensions, which reduces the transport length, this system can be adapted for shorter and wider self-propelled tankers.

Hydraulic Suspension System

One of the most important advantages of this series is— hydraulic suspension system. It allows the slurry injection system to oscillate independently of the slurry tanker’s movements and adapt to the terrain. The system operates automatically and ensures optimal surface tracking.

Hydraulic beam extensions

The Multi Profi model with a 24 m working width can be equipped with 2 m extensions. For the 21 m and 24 m models, you can also choose 3 m extensions.

Beam extensions reduce not only the transport length but also the working width—for example, from 21 m to 15 m or from 24 m to 18 m.

Wing mount

An automatic wing suspension system with steel cables reduces the static and dynamic loads on the frame and hydraulic cylinders caused by wide beams at least 50 %. This improves the system's stability, reduces structural loads, and ensures a longer service life for Multi Profi.

Bomech Multi 4XL – an advanced and durable high-capacity slurry injection system designed so that even the highest-capacity pumps are not limited by the distributor’s flow capacity.

The slurry is supplied through two 6″ connector with rotary couplings or through a single 8″ connector į four Alrena slurry spreaders, which ensure precise slurry distribution across the entire working width. The connection to the slurry tanker features two acid-resistant rotary couplings that prevent the supply hose from moving between the tank and the distributor.

3 m or 4.5 m hydraulic boom extensions

The Multi 4XL can be configured with 3 m hydraulic beam extensions on each side. This system not only reduces the transport distance but also allows the working width to be reduced, if necessary, from 27 m to 21 m or from 30 m to 24 m.

At the headlands, the beam extensions are raised slightly to provide more room for maneuvering at the edges of the field. Additionally, you can choose 4,the version with 0.5 m hydraulic extensions.

Standard Wing Mounting System

The standard wing suspension system operates automatically and does not require any special preparation of the slurry tanker. It reduces the static and dynamic loads on the frame and hydraulic cylinders caused by wide beams by at least 50 %.

Balanced load distribution increases the Multi 4XL’s stability and durability and ensures a longer service life, even during intensive work over a wide working width.

Bomech Trac-Pack – A compact and stable slurry injection system, specially designed for self-propelled machines.

The system comes standard with four Alrena slurry spreaders On the 21- and 24-meter models. They ensure precise slurry distribution across the entire working width.

The Bomech Trac-Pack folds completely behind the self-propelled machine. All four folding cylinders are equipped with end-of-stroke damping, ensuring that the folding process is smooth and gentle on the structure. Hydraulic valves installed downstream of the spreaders, after the debris traps, help prevent slurry from spilling onto roads and access ways.

Simple and flexible to use

Thanks to its compact design and center of gravity close to the vehicle, the Trac-Pack can be adapted to almost for any self-propelled machine. The system can be quickly replaced with other equipment used on self-propelled machines.

On each model, the working width can be reduced by using 1.5 m hydraulic beam extensions a fold on each side. Additional control of the sections, tailored to the customer's needs, can be implemented using ASC Compressed Air System.

On the 24-meter models, the working width reduction achieved by folding the 1.5-meter beam extensions is included as standard equipment, while on the 21-meter models, it is offered as an option.
