Cultivators with two levelling sections for heavy clay soils
CrossLine – powerful cultivators designed for use in heavy clay soils and equipped with two leveling sections
CrossLine – a new-generation seedbed cultivator designed for use on tilled soil and plowed fields. The dense tine spacing ensures exceptional intensive tillage across the entire working width.
CrossLine will be particularly appreciated by farmers who are looking to prepare the seedbed perfectly in heavier soils before sowing seeds of small and high-value crops. Large wheels and optional front support wheels allow for extremely precise maintenance of the working depth, even when working at speeds up to 15 km/h.
Intensive soil cultivation is ensured by 9 rows of teeth and efficient rear working units, allowing each farm to choose the configuration that best suits its needs.

Key Features of the MULTIVA CrossLine
Intensive soil tillage across the entire working width

The CrossLine features as many as 9 rows of tines and a close 65 mm spacing between them, allowing it to effectively work virtually the entire soil surface. This design creates an extremely fine and uniform seedbed, particularly suitable for small-seeded crops.
Excellent soil crumbling and leveling

The aggressive vibration of the TerraFlex tines, combined with effective rear working elements, ensures excellent clod breaking and soil leveling. This reduces the need for additional passes before seeding and increases productivity.
Sturdy construction for long-term use

The triple-frame design, a 4.1-meter-long frame, HD bearings, and durable axles with hubs ensure the CrossLine’s exceptional durability. The implement is designed for intensive work in demanding conditions, maintaining stability, precision, and reliability for many seasons.
Smooth operation even at high speeds

Large low-pressure wheels and optional front support wheels help maintain a precise working depth even when operating at speeds of up to 15 km/h. This ensures consistent tilling quality and stable implement operation under various field conditions.

The CrossLine cultivator is designed for high-value crops. Aggressive 9 rows of teeth The machining and powerful rear working elements create an exceptionally the fine structure of the seed bed, especially around the seed. This is particularly important when growing small-seeded, high-value crops such as sugar beets, rapeseed, or grass seeds. The intensive cultivation effect allows reduce the number of passes before sowing and increase work efficiency. The cultivator achieves the best results when used on heavy plowed fields or on soil that has been previously tilled.
The CrossLine design is based on triple-frame structure, and HD bearings are used to ensure durability. 9 rows of teeth and a 4.1-meter-long frame ensures deep soil cultivation and stable implement operation even at higher speeds. The optimal tooth arrangement allows for jam-free operation and ensures straight, stable pulling.
Proven to be highly effective TerraFlex The tines are characterized by extremely precise control of working depth and powerful vibration. This ensures proper distribution of soil particles, intensive tillage, and excellent results even in heavy clay soils. 65 mm gaps between the teeth With a 43 mm-wide coulter, it falls into the category of precision seedbed cultivators. The gap between the tines is less than 20 mm, so virtually the entire soil surface is worked. The CrossLine significantly outperforms traditional seedbed cultivators.
Large low-pressure tires ensure minimal rolling resistance. The tire dimensions also help reduce harmful soil compaction, which is particularly important when working in wet and sticky conditions. The CrossLine uses durable axles and hubs, making the implement suitable for for long-lasting and reliable performance.
To improve stability when working at higher speeds and performing shallow tillage, the CrossLine can be equipped with with front support wheels. On the 13- and 14.5-meter models, one front support wheel is installed as standard on each side section. On other models, these wheels are offered as optional equipment. For the 13- and 14.5-meter models, an additional wheel on each side can be selected if needed.Perfect crushing and smoothing

CrossLine models come standard with the following equipment: Hydraulic front levelling board The hydraulic front levelling bar consists of sturdy 10 × 80 mm tines with unique, aggressive serrated levelling tips. Set of taillights The base model comes equipped with a set of lights. The standard set includes taillights and a large triangle indicating a slow-moving vehicle. TerraFlex teeth The aggressive TerraFlex tines come with durable tips that are 43 mm wide and 8 mm thick. To extend their service life, the tips can be flipped over and used on both ends. Rear attachments can be selected based on the farm’s soil type, climatic conditions, and tillage requirements. Two of the attachments listed below can be mounted at the same time, and their combinations can be changed as needed. Hydraulic rear ironing board It can be equipped with a rear ironing board. The ironing board is controlled by a separate hydraulic system, making it easy and convenient to adjust. For even greater ease of use, a working position scale is provided. Tubular roller The spring-loaded tubular roller is designed for effective clod breaking. The roller’s small diameter and aggressive design ensure excellent cutting and breaking performance. The roller is made of high-strength steel and, together with high-quality bearings, ensures reliable and smooth operation. 2-row end caps It can be equipped with unique 2-row rear coulters. This design allows for easier passage of larger amounts of plant residue, while also improving soil levelling and the final quality of the seedbed. The position of the rear fenders can be adjusted without special tools. There is also an integrated safety feature: when reversing and encountering an obstacle, the bumpers move forward, thus protecting the structure from damage.Standard equipment

Finnish Agricultural Machinery Factory Dometal Oy's, founded in 1997, produces high-quality, efficient cultivators MULTIVA, adapted to modern farms, paying special attention to product quality, productivity, durability and cost-effectiveness.
MULTIVA Cultivators are a highly advantageous cultivation technology when working in difficult conditions. High-quality cultivators create smooth seedbeds and field surfaces with as few passes as possible.
Even seedbeds are especially important when using standard seed drills. Uneven seedbeds cause problems when using minimal tillage and direct seed drills, as they create uneven seeding depths.
Cultivators are manufactured with the utmost attention to cultivation characteristics, penetration and user comfort.
High-strength steel is used for the production of cultivators – 600 -700 N/mm2.
