Exact-Cut 22 – a precision cutting system with 84 reversible knives ensures a theoretical cutting speed of just 22 mm cutting size.
The foreign body protection system with automatic fixed central release position reliably protects each blade from damage. This guarantees long-lasting and precise cutting even in difficult working conditions.

Standard equipment 84 knives installed with two blades, which ensures twice the service life and precise cutting even during intensive work. Compared to Magnon 8 model, the cutting length is 37 % shorter, and it only requires 20 % more power.

The unique Flex-Load pick-up is the result of decades of experience in silage trailers. The innovative plastic tines provide exceptional wear resistance. They are stiff enough to precisely lift the forage off the roller, but flexible enough to adapt to uneven terrain. Rotor and its drive

The tried and tested rotor drive is equipped with a reinforced gear system for long life and reliable operation. The clutch with 3000 Nm torque protection allows for safe power transmission even in difficult harvesting conditions.

The 2.10 m wide integrated rotor has transport tines with 10 mm wide Hardox plates and additional reinforcement. The extremely small distance between the transport tines and the knife ensures a constant, scissor-like precise cut. 175 mm wide integrated guides reliably guide the feed from the intake sides into the transport channel.

Scrapers

The 8 mm wide, low-wear Hardox scrapers provide maximum scraping surface and reliably protect the feed from being crushed or crushed. The special contour of the scrapers forms an angle of more than 90°, so feed is easily separated from the transport teeth.

Robust construction and functionality for everyday use

Sturdy steel structure ensures durability and resistance to intensive use, while the hydraulically opening front wall allows for quick and efficient unloading of the contents. Convenient access to the interior – simplifies maintenance and cleaning, and the optimal filling level guarantees maximum volume utilization. Steel floors are characterized by high resistance to wear and loads.

Different chassis options ensure optimal driving comfort and safety in all conditions. The standard articulated tandem chassis guarantees a solid foundation, while the hydraulic tandem chassis increases stability and comfort at higher speeds. The hydraulic three-axle chassis allows for higher load carrying capacity and ensures even weight distribution. Passive steering axle reduces friction, protects the lawn and facilitates maneuvering. The mechanically and electronically controlled forced steering axle allows active control of movement even when reversing, ensuring maximum maneuverability and stability.

Convenient control

Convenient and intuitive trailer control is provided by standard ISOBUS control via the tractor terminal – a reliable and easy-to-understand interface, with the option of integrating the right-hand control terminal Smart 570 with a 5.7-inch color display. Precise loading and unloading process management and safe driving on the road combined with numerous automatic functions that ensure maximum ease of use and comfort.

Knife protection system with precise activation

• Working position: the knife is held in the feed channel and the safety system is pressed beyond the overshoot point, so the knife remains in the working position and can perform the cutting function.
• Contact with a foreign object: the rubber shock absorbers compress, the knife protection system approaches the overtravel point, and the return mechanism spring begins to tension in preparation for action.
• Protection activation: the system exceeds the overload point, the knife is completely withdrawn from the feed channel, and the return spring is tensioned to its maximum, protecting the knife from damage.
