Exact-Cut 22 cutting system

The Exact-Cut 22 cutting system with 78 reversible knives ensures a theoretical cutting speed of just 22 mm cutting size.
The foreign body protection system with automatic fixed central release position reliably protects each blade from damage. This guarantees long-lasting and precise cutting even in difficult working conditions.

Standard equipment 78 knives installed with two blades, which ensures twice the service life and precise cutting even during intensive work. Compared to Magnon 8 model, the cutting length is 37 % shorter, and it only requires 20 % more power.

Flexible loading – save time and effort

The unique Flex-Load pick-up is the result of decades of experience in silage trailers. The innovative plastic tines provide exceptional wear resistance. They are stiff enough to precisely lift the forage off the roller, but flexible enough to adapt to uneven terrain. This reduces mechanical wear, operating costs and operator workload – the ideal solution for efficient work every day.

CFS Continuous Flow System with Integrated Rotor

Perfect feed flow is ensured by the CFS Continuous Flow System with an integrated, overhead rotor, which not only distributes materials evenly across the entire width of the cargo area, but also shortens the loading path, reducing power requirements and allowing for maximum and uniform fillingThis ensures faster charging while using less energy.

Rotor and its drive

Tried and tested rotor drive Equipped with a reinforced drive system for durability and reliable operation. The cam clutch with 3000 Nm torque protection allows for safe power transmission even in difficult harvesting conditions.

2.10 m wide integrated rotor has transport teeth with 10 mm wide Hardox plates and additional reinforcement. The extremely small distance between the transport tooth and the blade ensures a constant, scissor-like precise cut. 175 mm wide integrated guides reliably guide the feed from the intake sides into the transport channel.

Scrapers

8 mm wide, low-wear Hardox scrapers provide maximum scraping surface and reliable protects the feed from being squeezed or rubbed. The special contour of the scrapers forms an angle of more than 90°, so feed is easily separated from the transport teeth.

Sturdy steel structure ensures durability and resistance to intensive use, while the hydraulically opening front wall allows for quick and efficient unloading of contents. Convenient access to the inside – simplifies maintenance and cleaning, and optimal filling level guarantees maximum volume utilization. Steel floors are highly resistant to wear and loads.

Different chassis options ensure optimal driving comfort and safety in all conditions. The standard articulated tandem chassis guarantees a reliable base, while the hydraulic chassis increases stability and comfort at higher speeds. The hydraulic three-axle chassis allows for higher loads and ensures even weight distribution. The passive steering axle reduces friction, protects the lawn and makes manoeuvring easier. Meanwhile, the mechanically and electronically controlled forced steering axle allows for active control of movement even when reversing, ensuring maximum manoeuvrability and stability.

Convenient and intuitive trailer control is ensured by standard ISOBUS control via tractor terminal – is a reliable and easy-to-understand interface, with the option of integrating the right-hand control terminal Smart 570 with a 5.7-inch color display. Precise control of the loading and unloading process and sroad trip combined with numerous automatic functions that ensure maximum ease of use and comfort.
