Large wheels increase stability

Optima EVO's newly designed wheels ensure greater stability on roads and easier driving in fields.
The wheels are mounted further from the center section, increasing the width of the support and stability on the road.
Even when driving at higher speeds, the cultivator is extremely stable and safe on the road.

Narrow design and brakes increase stability

The transport width of the Optima EVO 600 – 800 cultivators is only 3 m, which ensures safe driving on roads.
Optima EVO cultivators are available with either single-circuit hydraulic or combined brakes.
The combined brakes have a dual system that can be flexibly adapted to different tractors.
Both brake systems have a mechanical parking brake.

Large wheels ensure better performance

Compared to wheels from many other manufacturers, the new single wheels are positioned to distribute weight over a larger area.
This solution ensures optimal conditions for field preparation and good passability even in light soils.
Also, the large wheels reduce vertical movements during soil cultivation and the cultivator is very stable, even at higher speeds.

Outdoor stability

The larger diameter of the single wheel compared to boogie wheels helps reduce rolling resistance and improves efficiency.
The combination of large single wheels and boogie construction in the side sections creates the best result and ensures the cultivator's extreme stability, adapting to changing terrain conditions.

Open construction

OPTIMA EVO cultivators have teeth distributed over 7 axes, the frame length is 3 m.
The long chassis and seven-tooth axles make the cultivators resistant to clogging.
Optima EVO are heavy cultivators, but the large tires maintain excellent working depth stability, regardless of soil type.
The cultivator frames have two or three strong cross beams and 60 mm tine axles, which use dual-grade special steel, increasing the frame's torsional strength and extending its service life.

Uniform working depth

Strong TerraFlex 10×45 mm teeth.
Strong, durable and perfectly maintaining the working depth, Multiva Terraflex tines ensure the formation of even seed beds and an optimal growth medium, creating the most favorable conditions for germination.
Optima EVO are heavy cultivators, but the large tires maintain the set working depth, regardless of the soil type.

Reliable working depth adjustment

All Multiva cultivator models have a reliable working depth adjustment device.
The working depth is easily adjusted with mechanical adjustment plates in 5 mm steps. Clear scales make it easy to adjust the cultivation depth and the position of the Ardel rollers.
The hydraulic circuit with a double check valve prevents leaks in the tractor's hydraulic system from changing the position of the cultivators.

Front hydraulic ironing board

Front screed with strong, excellent leveling 10×80 mm tines. Double blades perfectly crush and cut even hard soil.

Rear road lights

The set of lights consists of taillights and a large triangle that warns of a slow-moving vehicle.

TerraSuper teeth

Aggressive – 43 mm wide and 8 mm thick tines with aggressive vibration characteristics. The tines perfectly break up the soil.

Rear screed and rear roller combination

This combination improves the fine soil content in the seedbed. A levelling board under the tine section creates a smooth surface, while the aggressive rear roller breaks up clods. Particularly suitable for farms growing sugar beet or vegetables.
