The strong and efficient 10×65 mm TerraSuper tines, combined with the open design, ensure reliable cultivation results in a variety of conditions.
For the best seedbed preparation in heavy soils and for organic farms, it is recommended to choose 140 mm arrow coulters. The overlapping arrow coulters cut the weed roots with each pass and bring them to the surface.

Open construction

In AVARAN cultivators, the tines are evenly distributed on eight axes along the entire length of the frame. This is the basis for an open and permeable design.
Excellent throughput of plant residues without clogging.
The long 3.3 m frame ensures optimal spacing between the rows of teeth.
The distance between the teeth is carefully studied and tested to ensure the best throughput without the risk of blockage.

Aggressively vibrating and crushing Multiva TerraSuper teeth

It has strong and long 10 x 65 mm TerraSuper tines.
The metal used to make the teeth and the size of the teeth ensure excellent cultivation results even under the most difficult conditions.
The height of the teeth from the frame and the tooth attachment point is 50 cm.
Maintains the set working depth exceptionally well.
The standard coulter width is 60 mm.
140 mm arrow coulters are optional.

Avaran cultivators have S-shaped Multiva TerraSuper tines that are thick and stiff, with aggressive vibration characteristics. The tines perfectly break up the soil. Due to the strong vibration of the tines, the cultivator perfectly penetrates into the soil containing plant residues.

Reliable working depth adjustment

All Multiva cultivator models have a reliable working depth adjustment device. The working depth is easily adjusted with mechanical adjustment plates in 5 mm steps. Clear scales help to easily adjust the cultivation depth and the position of the tines. The hydraulic circuit with a double check valve prevents leaks in the tractor hydraulic system from changing the position of the cultivators.

Arrow coulters – for weed control

AVARAN cultivators can be equipped with optional arrow coulters. The cultivator with arrow coulters creates a very even seedbed. Arrow coulters help to control weeds very effectively. During each pass, the roots of the weeds are cut and raised to the soil surface.

AVARAN cultivators with arrow coulters are very effective on organic farms.

Choosing a 80 mm tine spacing allows for very efficient soil cultivation and creates extremely smooth seedbeds after ploughing or minimal tillage.
