1. Primary soil leveling zone

2. Full-area shaving zone. The double disc section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect shaving over the full area at a depth of 3.5 - 13 cm with intensive mixing of plant residues. The disc section also distributes plant residues well over the entire working area.
3. Clump breaking and soil compaction zone. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture retention.

530 mm diameter discs arranged in two rows. In case of collision with an obstacle, each disc has individual effective protection - rubber joints. The discs penetrate the soil perfectly and cut away plant residues. Maintenance-free disc mountings allow the cultivator to be operated without additional lubrication. The optimal disc geometry ensures extremely productive, high quality work, when incorporating large amounts of plant waste. The discs maintain an ideal working angle, even when worn. The 24 cm distance between the discs ensures good permeability of plant waste.

Disc harrow Softer PRO
1. You can choose the front section: a Flexicut knife roller for efficient cutting of plant residues or a Flexiboard leveling board for surface leveling.
2. 530 mm diameter discs, symmetrically arranged in two rows, cut the soil. Working depth: 3.5 - 13 cm.
3. The rear roller breaks up the clods.
You can choose between Flexicut cutting rollers for efficient shredding of crop residues or Flexiboard front leveling board for surface leveling and clod breaking.
Symmetrically arranged in two rows, the 530 mm diameter discs cut into the soil. The working depth is from 3.5 to 13 cm.
The additional Micro Drill drill allows you to sow plants whose seeds can be broadcast directly onto the soil surface, such as mustard, phacelia, clover or grasses.
Clods are effectively broken up by the rear roller, ensuring a smooth surface and better seed bed structure.
