Modular seed drill with fertilizer insertion – Falcon 4 PRO
Possibility to rent with Strip-till or disc harrow working section.
The modular Falcon PRO seed drill system allows sowing in various conditions and with all sowing technologies. Especially when applying minimum sowing technology, sowing into unprepared soil using strip-till technology, incorporating fertilizers. When applying traditional sowing technology, when sowing into prepared soil, the seed drill is characterized by high working speed, excellent stability and maneuverability.

Seeding zones
With Falcon Pro seed drills, 8 operations are performed in one pass:
1. Primary soil leveling zone. A precisely leveled soil surface allows for uniform consolidation and loosening of the seedbed.
2. Soil preparation zone. The soil can be cultivated with various tillage sections – across the entire sowing width or in zones up to 25 cm deep. Primary cultivation enriches the soil with air, levels it and optimally loosens it. It also spreads plant residues.
3. Fertilizer insertion zone. Granulated fertilizer is inserted into the root zone of future plants in each row or between two rows. The fertilizer insertion depth can be 6 - 25 cm, depending on the selected section.
4. Soil compaction and deep soil capillarity restoration zone. Good compaction ensures effective water infiltration to the soil surface even in dry conditions.
5. Soil leveling and crop residue spreading zone before sowing. The tines effectively level the soil surface and remove crop residue from the row.
6. Seedbed formation and seed placement zone. The double disc sowing discs effectively form a compacted soil for sowing (V-shaped furrow) and precisely place the seed at the required depth. Due to the high downforce, up to 70 % machine weight can be transferred to the sowing discs. The compacted soil for sowing and the V-shaped furrow ensure excellent seed contact with the soil and soil moisture.
7. Lateral seed pressing zone. The copying wheel presses the V-shaped groove with the seed, thus compressing the seed with the soil from the side. The soil above the seed remains loose, which significantly improves seed germination.
8. Seed covering and soil leveling zone. Integrated tines ensure excellent seed covering and precise soil surface leveling.

One drill – several different sowing technologies
The seed drill concept is based on the front selection of working sections and the possibility of changing them. Many farms in our country that choose these seed drills equip them with several working sections – not only with double disc harrow (for minimum tillage sowing) but also with No-Till (direct sowing) or Strip-till (strip sowing) sections. The sections can be easily changed right in your farm machinery fleet, thus opening up wide possibilities to apply different sowing technologies with one seeder.
