Starinth® Support Roller Bearing

Heavy-duty Müthing support roller bearing system. The bearing is permanently lubricated, protected by a labyrinth seal and mounted in a star-shaped contour that prevents the bearing from distorting. The star-shaped design reduces impacts on the bearing, thus optimizing the bearing life.

TÜV Nord stone emission certificate

Müthing, in cooperation with TÜV NORD, has carried out and successfully passed tests on the ejection of objects during operation. As a result, safety distances are reduced to 2 m at the sides and 8 m at the front and rear of the unit.

DuraX „M“ hammers

The DuraX M-shaped hammers of the Müthing mulchers are durable, high performance and ideal for both grass cutting and brush chipping. Thanks to the boron alloy and hardening technology, they last up to 50 % longer, maintain high chopping quality and help save fuel.

Starinth® Support Roller Bearing is a heavy-duty Müthing support roller bearing system. The bearing is permanently lubricated, protected by a labyrinth seal and mounted in a star-shaped contour that prevents the bearing from distorting. Vertically adjustable support roller/support wheels allows you to easily adjust the mulcher to different working height settings. Both minimally chopped plant residues and lush green turf can be easily achieved.

Double helix rotor – lower costs and longer service life. Smooth operation reduces fuel consumption and protects the drive system, extending the service life of the gearbox and PTO shafts. Internal bearings and wide covers not only protect against foreign objects, but also prevent crop mass from wrapping around the rotor.

Tangential tool holders – better impact protection and longer service life. They allow the rotor to smoothly overcome obstacles, and the longer weld seam ensures a stronger connection of the brackets and reduces the risk of them breaking.
