The 2-disc universal shaking mechanism makes the VS Shaker a real all-rounder. It allows precise and even spreading of different materials up to a width of 24 m. This system ensures precise transverse spreading and high productivity even under intensive working conditions

The robust, all-steel body ensures reliability and durability even in the toughest conditions. The conveyor floor with four 14 mm steel chains guarantees smooth and even operation, while the hydraulic drive ensures maintenance-free performance. A safety edge protects the body during loading - everything has been thought of for a long service life.

The VS shaker provides exceptional stability, comfort and safety in all conditions. The chassis with passive steering and lift axle provides excellent manoeuvrability and reduced tyre wear. The advanced electronic-hydraulic steering system (VS 2005) guarantees maximum steering precision and stability even at higher speeds.

The Strautmann ISOBUS controller allows you to precisely spread the spreadable materials in specific locations. Using GPS data, the spreadable materials are spread exactly where they are needed, in the specified quantities, achieving the best result for the future harvest. The Strautmann ME Touch 800 terminal reads all common map application formats, which are quickly and easily loaded.

Dynamic weighing system

The Strautmann dynamic weighing system is the basis for the precise application of organic fertilizers. Unlike other weighing systems on the market, this new system continuously records the weight loss during the shaking process and compares it with the set yield. This results in an accurate yield per kilogram under all conditions. This is a great advantage, especially when spreading heterogeneous materials, such as solid manure with different densities.
