Müthing, in cooperation with TÜV NORD, has successfully tested all mulchers with a working width of up to 3.2 m for objects thrown during operation. As a result, safety distances are reduced to 2 m on the sides and 8 m in front and behind the machine.

Starinth® Support Roller Bearing

Heavy-duty Müthing support roller bearing system. The bearing is permanently lubricated, protected by a labyrinth seal and mounted in a star-shaped contour that prevents the bearing from distorting. The star-shaped design reduces impacts on the bearing, thus optimizing the bearing life.

The safety distances have been reduced to 2 m on the sides of the machine and to 8 m in front and behind.

Müthing mulchers are made of high-quality fine-grained steel – a guarantee of strength and durability. The lighter design reduces the load on the tractor and protects the soil from compaction.

Shark fin shredding tape with shark fin design – self-cleaning and easy to replace. The system ensures uniform shredding of all crop residues: longer materials are returned for additional processing, and those that are already properly shredded are immediately transported further. The result is a uniform quality result across the entire field.

Freewheeling in the gearbox or hydraulic motor protects the PTO system from damage during sudden braking

Starinth® Support Roller Bearing is a heavy-duty Müthing support roller bearing system. The bearing is permanently lubricated, protected by a labyrinth seal and mounted in a star-shaped contour that prevents the bearing from distorting. The star-shaped design reduces impacts on the bearing, thus optimizing the bearing life.

Double helix rotor – lower costs and longer service life. Smooth operation reduces fuel consumption and protects the drive system, extending the service life of the gearbox and PTO shafts. Internal bearings and wide covers not only protect against foreign objects, but also prevent crop mass from wrapping around the rotor.

2Cut double-cut rotor with M-DuraX hammers* allows you to work more efficiently due to the special system of arrangement of shredding tools: with 75 % more tools, the cutting speed increases by 100 %. This arrangement allows you to cut twice as fast as using conventional rotors, so you can work at higher speeds by reducing the revolutions.

MU-Vario system operating concept:

1. The adjustable counter knife allows for infinitely variable adjustment of the chopping intensity to suit specific requirements.

Optimal chopping results even in wet conditions, on crawfish, with small amounts of plant material or with difficult-to-chop plant material.
Thanks to the strong suction effect, even compressed plant residues can be reached.
The chopping process can be individually optimized for each crop – both corn stubble and crops.
Thanks to the infinitely adjustable chopping intensity, higher driving speeds and higher work productivity can be achieved while maintaining constant quality.

2. Shark fin system:

Even crushing of all particles and homogeneous mulch.
Long plant residues are additionally fed into the rotor a second time, while already shredded materials pass through immediately.
Self-cleaning and replaceable design.
