Unique burner system

The dryer is equipped with a three-stage fuel burner manufactured by Pedrotti. The burner is designed to work with two fuels (diesel/kerosene) and has integrated safety shut-off technology.

Siemens Logo TDE LCD controller

The controller allows you to conveniently and accurately change the drying temperatures and adjust the cooling time directly on the control panel. The display clearly shows all key operating parameters and process statuses. At the end of the cooling phase, the system automatically shuts down the dryer, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Strong focus on security

Pedrotti's unique DLC system ensures continuous monitoring of all mechanical components driving the central screw and the internal mixing blades. In the event of a fault, the system automatically and quickly switches off the burner, thus protecting the dryer from the risk of fire.
