Key Features of the FARMET Digger
Reliable hydraulic plow guard

The Digger subsoiler features an exceptionally reliable hydraulic tine protection system, with an activation force of up to 1,100 kg at the tine tip. This protection allows for stable operation at great depths and maintains consistent tilling results even in heavy or stony soils. Upon encountering an obstacle, the tine bends and returns to its working position, thereby reducing the risk of damage, downtime, and the need for maintenance. A mechanical protection option is also available, making it easy to adapt the machine to different farm conditions.
Various configuration options

The cultivator is available in different configurations, making it easy to adapt the implement to specific farm needs and soil conditions. You can choose between mechanical or hydraulic coulter protection, operation with or without levelling discs, as well as versions with two-depth fertiliser application—with a front, integrated, or additional fertiliser hopper.
Control of each row of tines

The front row of tines can be temporarily raised when working in compacted areas or under more difficult conditions, thereby reducing the tractor’s traction requirements and making it easier for the machine to move across the field. This solution allows the operator to quickly adapt to uneven soil conditions, maintain stable operation, and perform deep loosening more effectively.
3-year warranty

All Farmet equipment comes with a 3-year warranty. The company pays particular attention to the high quality and reliability of its machinery. This commitment reflects the company's long-standing philosophy based on precision machining, durability and long service life.
Working areas

- Deep tillage zone and incorporation of crop residues. The tillage depth is 25–50 cm. The unique shape of the tines ensures very low resistance and easy penetration into compacted soil. The tines are arranged in two rows. Under difficult conditions, one row of tines can be raised to reduce resistance.
- Surface levelling zone. The comparison discs also improve the incorporation of plant residues.
- Crushing and compaction zone. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water infiltration and moisture retention.
High quality and efficient work
- The new shape of the tines determines very little resistance and allows working at speeds up to 12 km/h.
- The tines penetrate the soil easily, the soil is cultivated without raising or mixing the lower biologically inactive layers.
- Can work by lifting one row of tines when working in difficult conditions, for example, when working in wetlands, on field edges, or when plowing furrows left by machinery after harvest.
- Two rows of tines ensure very good stability and extremely precise working depth control, no need for copy wheels. High frame clearance – 750 mm ensures excellent throughput.

Fertilizer is distributed below the surface - by inserting it at two different depths in the tilled soil layer.
Deep layer loosening with partial mixing The two-row loosening tines with optimized geometry ensure deep loosening of the layer, improving water penetration into the soil. Breaking up the topsoil without mixing the soil The non-stirring tine is ideal for breaking up compacted soil layers and restoring water infiltration in waterlogged fields without disturbing the surface soil layers.
Tine protection The tines are protected hydraulically – the pressure force at the end of the tines reaches 1,100 kg. A model with mechanical protection is also available. Mechanical tine protection Version with mechanical tine protection – if the resistance is too high, the protective segment breaks off. Longer life of tines Carbide-tipped tine tips for long service life, low wear and optimal maintenance of working geometry. Comparing discs The levelling discs guide the tilled soil against the rear spiked rollers and at the same time precisely level the furrows. Roller The double rear spiked roller perfectly breaks up clods and qualitatively prepares the soil for sowing, using both minimal tillage technology and autumn tillage. Forks The wing tines perfectly incorporate crop residues, and the leveling discs, together with the double spiked roller, perfectly level the furrows. An example of a double ring roller
These mechanically protected tines, arranged in two rows, are designed for light and medium-textured soils free of stones. The robust plowshare mounting requires no maintenance and ensures maximum reliability. In the event of an overload, the safety segment breaks off. Safe transportation on public roads.
The small number of adjustment points ensures simple operation and easy maintenance. Setting the working depth The working depth is set simply using adjustment washers. During operation, the implement rests on the rear double studded roller, which maintains a constant depth. Setting the disc height The height of the discs is automatically adjusted by raising the parallelogram of the rear roller. A mechanical knob is used for precise depth adjustment. Hydraulic disc control For the operator's convenience, the implement can be equipped with hydraulic leveling disc control (optional). Setting the down pressure Simple mechanical adjustment of the downforce on the first row of the double-spiked roller. The pressure force allows you to adjust the intensity of clod crumbling. The roller is equipped with maintenance-free, well-protected bearings. Lifting the tines In case of locally higher soil pressure, the front row of tines can be raised slightly, temporarily reducing the traction required by the implement. A slight lift of the tines is also useful for easy cleaning of the tine gap. Wing position The vertical position of the wings can be adjusted in three levels, ensuring optimal incorporation of plant residues at different loosening depths. Side deflectors For more precise connection of passes, the implement can be equipped with side guide plates, the height of which is adjustable and which automatically adapt to the field terrain. Ball valves To make it easier to disconnect the hydraulic plow guard chains, these chains are equipped with ball valves for disconnection and storage of the machine. Easy adjustment of external ironing discs The side levelling discs are easily adjustable with a pin, ensuring a precise connection between individual passes.
