Key Features of the FARMET Digger

    Reliable hydraulic plow guard

The Digger subsoiler features an exceptionally reliable hydraulic tine protection system, with an activation force of up to 1,100 kg at the tine tip. This protection allows for stable operation at great depths and maintains consistent tilling results even in heavy or stony soils. Upon encountering an obstacle, the tine bends and returns to its working position, thereby reducing the risk of damage, downtime, and the need for maintenance. A mechanical protection option is also available, making it easy to adapt the machine to different farm conditions.

    Various configuration options

The cultivator is available in different configurations, making it easy to adapt the implement to specific farm needs and soil conditions. You can choose between mechanical or hydraulic coulter protection, operation with or without levelling discs, as well as versions with two-depth fertiliser application—with a front, integrated, or additional fertiliser hopper.

Control of each row of tines

The front row of tines can be temporarily raised when working in compacted areas or under more difficult conditions, thereby reducing the tractor’s traction requirements and making it easier for the machine to move across the field. This solution allows the operator to quickly adapt to uneven soil conditions, maintain stable operation, and perform deep loosening more effectively.

    3-year warranty

All Farmet equipment comes with a 3-year warranty. The company pays particular attention to the high quality and reliability of its machinery. This commitment reflects the company's long-standing philosophy based on precision machining, durability and long service life.

    Working areas

    Deep subsoiler Digger
    1. Deep tillage zone and incorporation of crop residues. The tillage depth is 25–50 cm. The unique shape of the tines ensures very low resistance and easy penetration into compacted soil. The tines are arranged in two rows. Under difficult conditions, one row of tines can be raised to reduce resistance.
    2. Surface levelling zone. The comparison discs also improve the incorporation of plant residues.
    3. Crushing and compaction zone. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water infiltration and moisture retention.

    High quality and efficient work

    • The new shape of the tines determines very little resistance and allows working at speeds up to 12 km/h.
    • The tines penetrate the soil easily, the soil is cultivated without raising or mixing the lower biologically inactive layers.
    • Can work by lifting one row of tines when working in difficult conditions, for example, when working in wetlands, on field edges, or when plowing furrows left by machinery after harvest.
    • Two rows of tines ensure very good stability and extremely precise working depth control, no need for copy wheels. High frame clearance – 750 mm ensures excellent throughput.
