Unique burner system
All dryers are equipped with two- or three-stage fuel burners, manufactured in the Pedrotti factory. Both two- and three-flame burners are designed to work with two types of fuel (diesel/kerosene) and have integrated safety shut-off technology.
Smart 4.0 grain dryers
The 4.0 fully automated grain dryer provides automatic loading, drying, cleaning, cooling and unloading. All this can be done according to a pre-set number of portions or in an infinite mode - where the dryer runs until it detects that there is enough wet grain to dry.

The automated Pedrotti grain dryer performs all the steps itself, from loading, cleaning and drying, to cooling, unloading and starting the next batch, ensuring an uninterrupted work cycle.
The drying room is fully covered Uniterm external insulation, made of non-hygroscopic and self-extinguishing polyurethane. Dust removal in two complementary ways: through the dust extraction head at the top and through the circular screw at the bottom of the dryer. Both systems direct the dust to the external cyclones. Automatic constant lubrication system The system provides about 400 hours of autonomous operation for PTO-driven machines and about 600 hours for electric machines. A limit sensor precisely stops the movement when the parts are in perfect alignment with each other, ensuring smooth operation.
Full automation The system includes automatic shutdown at the end of the drying cycle, automatic start of the discharge via a motor-controlled damper, and start of a new load at the end of the product discharge.
