Highlights of FARMET Duolent PS
Cultivation of stubble on the whole area

One of the main advantages of the Duolent PS tine cultivator is the high quality cultivation of the entire soil surface after harvesting. The massive tines loosen and mix the soil intensively, so that crop residues are evenly incorporated into the cultivated layer. This promotes faster decomposition of residues, improves soil structure and prepares the field for further tillage or sowing operations.
Excellent bandwidth

The Duolent PS tine cultivator offers excellent tine penetration thanks to the 42 cm tine spacing. This design allows the soil and crop residues to move easily through the working area, reducing the risk of blockages, even when working after harvest or with large amounts of straw. Thanks to its good permeability, the cultivator works stably and maintains an even cultivation result, helping to prepare the field efficiently for further work.
Wide choice of security systems

The machine can be equipped with different durable and maintenance-free tine protection systems, so it can be adapted to different soil conditions. With a release force of up to 600 kg, the guard systems help protect the working units from overloading and ensure reliable operation even on heavier or stony soils.
3-year warranty

All Farmet equipment comes with a 3-year warranty. The company pays particular attention to the high quality and reliability of its machinery. This commitment reflects the company's long-standing philosophy based on precision machining, durability and long service life.
Working areas
Shallow stubble cultivation with swallows to a depth of 6-20 cm.

Deep tillage without swallows up to 30 cm deep.

- Shake zone. Wide choice of working depths from 6 to 30 cm. The side wing coulter for full stubble cultivation is used for soil loosening from 6 to 20 cm. The two rows of tines ensure very good loosening of the soil, intensive mixing of soil and crop residues and very low resistance.
- Surface levelling zone. The levelling discs also improve the insertion of crop residues.
- Crushing and compaction zone. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water penetration and moisture retention.
High quality and efficient work
- Optimal tines shape results in low resistance and excellent mixing.
- 420 mm distance between tines ensures excellent permeability of plant residues.
- The curved top of the tines controls the soil flow.
- Maintenance-free working parts with carbide plates.

The fertiliser is precisely placed below the soil surface - in the lower layer of soil. One part of the fertiliser is applied below the surface, in the lower soil layer, and the second part is applied just below the surface and laterally. The fertiliser is applied just below the soil surface and spread laterally.
Deep zonal loosening with partial mixing The optimised geometry of the tines ensures deep zonal loosening, improving water absorption into the soil. Ploughing without mixing soil layers The No-Mix Tine is ideal for breaking up compacted soil layers and restoring water absorption in waterlogged fields without actively mixing the soil layers.
Spring guard with one spring, release force 450 kg. Spring guard with two springs, release force 550 kg. Hydraulic protection, release force 600 kg.
Extremely durable materials Extremely durable high-quality materials are used to manufacture the working parts, ensuring a long service life. Extra durability of working parts To further extend the service life, the upper part of the tine can be additionally reinforced with sintered carbide plates or hardfacing. Reinforced frame construction A frame made of high-grade steel, designed for intensive work, with increased structural dimensions.
Minimal number of adjustable and lubricated points, so maintenance is extremely easy.
Setting the working depth Easy adjustment of the working depth of the tines via adjustment washers on the rollers. Height-adjustable leveling discs Height-adjustable ironing discs with easy adjustment, suspended on rubber elements. Hydraulic adjustment of levelling discs Optional equipment for trailed models. The disc position can be adjusted easily, quickly and conveniently directly from the tractor cabin – even when working outdoors. Easy adjustment of external ironing discs The side levelling discs are easily adjustable with a pin, ensuring a precise connection between each pass.
One of the biggest advantages is versatility and adaptability, providing great work versatility.
Turning on the roller Increased stability and fast turning at the end of the field thanks to the ability to turn on all rollers. Suspended ironing discs The suspended levelling discs ensure quality levelling of the soil surface. Folding system The patented folding system allows the 7.9 m working width to be folded to a transport width of 3 m and a height of 4 m. Full-surface stubble loosening The Swallow Tines provide full-surface cutting of the soil up to 20 cm deep. Micro Drill small seed drill The advanced design of the machine allows for the installation of Micro Drill seeding equipment for sowing cover crops or direct incorporation of grass.
