Falcon HW – High-capacity, two-chamber trailer-mounted hoppers for fertilizer or seed

Falcon HW - is a two-chamber bunker with a capacity of up to 5 or 8,5 m³. It comes with high quality stainless steel screw dispensers, large diameter transport wheels (650/65-30.5) and solid construction, designed for fast movement of both in the fields, both by road.

Falcon HW is intended primarily for for fertilisation in combination with tillage, but also perfectly suitable for for large-scale drilling, using aggregated drilling sections up to 9 m working width. The three-point suspension allows quick connection to a wide range of implements, including Digger deep cultivator.

Key Features of the Farmet Falcon HW

It dispenses two different substances at the same time

The Falcon HW dual-chamber hopper allows for the independent metering of two different fertilizers or two different seed types in a single pass. This solution provides greater flexibility in fertilization and seeding technologies and allows for precise adjustment of nutrient distribution according to plant needs.

    Large capacity – fewer stops

The Falcon HW is available with hoppers with a capacity of 5,000 or 8,500 liters, which significantly reduces the number of refueling stops and increases productivity. The large capacity is particularly valuable when working with deep tillage, strip tillage, or seeding equipment over large areas.

A versatile solution for fertilizing and seeding

Thanks to its modular design, the Falcon HW can be combined with various Farmet implements—deep cultivators, strip-till units, seeders, and other soil preparation implements. A single hopper can be used for both fertilizer application during tillage and high-capacity seeding, ensuring maximum utilization of the equipment throughout the entire season.

    3-year warranty

All Farmet equipment comes with a 3-year warranty. The company pays particular attention to the high quality and reliability of its machinery. This commitment reflects the company's long-standing philosophy based on precision machining, durability and long service life.

    Working areas

Falcon HW and Digger deep cultivator

    1. Zone for deep tillage and incorporation of plant residues. Cultivation depth: 30–50 cm. The special shape of the cultivation tines ensures excellent penetration even into heavily compacted soil, with very low traction resistance. The tines are arranged in two rows. Under particularly difficult conditions, it is possible to work with only one row of tines—this reduces traction resistance.
    2. Fertiliser application zone. Granular fertilizer is applied to the tilled furrows at two different depths.
    3. Furrow formation zone. Comparative discs also enhance the incorporation of plant residues.
    4. Area for breaking up clods and compacting the soil. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water infiltration and helps retain soil moisture.

    Working areas

    Falcon HW and drilling section

    1. A clearing area for freeing the tracks of the tractor and tanker trailer. Proper harrowing eliminates uneven plant emergence after sowing.
    2. The area for forming the seedbed and sowing the seeds. The double disc coulters effectively create a compacted seedbed (V-shaped furrow) and precisely place the seed at the desired depth. Due to the high downforce of up to 70% of the total implement weight, this force can be transferred to the seeding coulters. The compacted seedbed and V-shaped groove ensure excellent seed contact with the soil and soil moisture.
    3. Side seed pressure zone. The copying wheel presses the seed into a V-shaped groove, pressing it into the soil on both sides. Loose soil remains above the seed, creating favorable conditions for easy germination.
    4. Area for seed sowing and soil leveling. The integrated tines ensure excellent seed coverage and precise leveling of the soil surface.

    Working areas

    Falcon HW and Strip-Till

    1. Area for shredding and spreading plant residues. Plant residues are efficiently baled and incorporated into the strips.
    2. Shake zone. Subsoiling to a depth of 20–35 cm using tines with a special geometry ensures the formation of wide strips of subsoiled soil.
    3. Fertiliser application zone. Granular fertilizer is applied to the loosened soil strips at two different depths.
    4. Lane formation zone. The large side discs effectively form furrows in the loosened soil and improve the quality of clod breaking.
    5. The zone for final clod crushing and soil compaction. Optimal soil compaction ensures good water infiltration and increased soil moisture.

    High quality and efficient work

    • For basic tillage with fertiliser application or for sowing.
    • Possibility to dose 2 types of fertiliser or 2 types of seed separately.
    • Large, pressurised, twin-chamber hopper - 5,000 or 8,500 l.
    • Reliable electronic system with stainless steel screw dispensers.
    • Sturdy construction and large transport wheels for stability and durability.
